Where to start...
The bed in our FIRST room did not have a blanket on it, but it did come complete with bed bugs. When told about the issue the front desk associate simply frowned and wrote down "BB" next to the room number on our list that strangely already had the word dirty jotted down next to it. He then informed us that he can change our room to one on the fourth floor. When we arrived at the door that was labeled, "Presidential Suite," my girlfriend and I looked at each other and said, "Well this just got a little better." I attempted to open the door only to be met with it locked with a latch. The room was already occupied by what sounded like an elderly couple that also sounded pretty terrified that their room was just almost randomly breached by a couple strangers.

We went back downstairs and informed them that the room was already taken. He once again made a frowned face, and then answered the phone, which was the couple from before calling down about their room being opened up. He then moved us into another room on the fourth floor. This one was exquisite! It came complete with a water damaged ceiling, lights that didn't work, a toilet that didn't flush, and a shower that never got hot. Mind you, the shower handle is backwards. Turn to cold to get "hot" and vise versa.

The breakfast you get, if you can call it that, is just as others have said...slop on soggy bread. The orange juice is bitter and frothy like an old lager that you just sort of left in your fridge for a year just to make it look like you had beer on deck then suddenly decided to drink it one night. I would love to review the waffles you get, you make them yourself, but since there is only ONE waffle maker...good luck. It's a Black Friday line outside of Best Buy just to make one waffle.

The stories about the vagrants and hookers also appear to be valid. A man was scoping out vehicles this morning along with the garbage and when notified about it, a manager? he seemed like it, maybe the owner, took note of the man and did nothing. Simply thanked me for letting them know even though he told me they had a break in just a few months earlier.

I am still staying here as I write this, and still wondering why. I have wrestled the idea of complaining again for a refund, but the looks on the people's faces suggest they simply do not care. I would also be pleased to sit back on the lumpy couch and watch reruns of "Family Guy" on TBS in my room BUUUUUT the room key just now went out again and does not work. I guess I just hit my 24 hours again. Oh, yeah, that's a thing. They said the keys are active for 24 hours. I'm on day five of having it reprogrammed.

Just keep your cash, save a little more for another week, spend it elsewhere. This place is garbage. I'm on vacation and cannot wait to go back home.

This place is horrendous. We rented a room for one night through Expedia. Thank God we used Expedia! As we walked up to the front desk, they told us that the room we booked was not available anymore, so they gave us a different room. The room we got had water leaking in the bathroom, we had to throw towels on the ground to soak it up (which did not work as the puddle got bigger and the water kept leaking). We told the front desk, the guy working there told us that he is not the maintenance guy and he can not do anything about it. They did not give us a different room either. We had to use a different bathroom on first level. In the morning, the water got out of the bathroom and went in their carpets. We told the front desk and they kept asking if I turned the water off( like it was my duty or something, lol). I was nice enough and of course I turned the water off. After we left, we asked for a discount or a refund and they told us we will get an email about it. They did not even have our email on file, and so we called them, 3 times during next week. Last call was picked up by a manager and told us how they don't care, because they already had an inspection, and they will only give us 20% off on our next stay (huh, you wish). The breakfast is crap and the pool/sauna are super dirty. We stayed there on Saturday 18th 2017. I would not even give 1 star, but unfortunately that is not possible. Those guys should be thankful to Google for not letting me go below one star and for not letting me upload a video.
