Spoke with Bill about my issue to set up a possible service call. He was a consummate professional, diagnosed my problem over the phone, and ended up saving me a lot of money. I very much appreciated his willingness to help, even though he realized that that help would probably negate a service call fee. I will definitely remember his company for future electrical needs and would strongly recommend them.

I called Bill on 10/28/2020 with some questions about my lights going on and off in different rooms of the house. He answered my questions and stated to call the power company before he would come out. My power went out in half of the house ten minutes after l was off the phone with him. I called him back for service and he gave me a quote and was at my house in a hour. He found and fixed my problem and gave advice in case l have future problems. Great job!!

We were working on a job for Karl when he asked us to troubleshoot an outside outlet for him. To fix his problem we would have to refeed his outlet which was not possible because everything was buried in brick. We advised him that we could put a blank cover over his bad outlet & install a new outdoor weatherproof outlet. He declined when we were @ his job.
He called us back wanting it done but at that time we were busy with other customers. We would of been happy to do the work for him when we were originally out there.

They were very knowledgeable. They upgraded my electrical service and it looked great also it passed inspection first time. I would hire them again and refer them they were very professional.

I recently subbed out an electric job to Lightning Electric for an addition I was building. Bill showed up on time and did a great job! Will use him for other jobs I have and recommend him to anyone.

Poor communication. Repeatedly needed to call them for an appointment. They never called me. I finally stopped trying.

I did not nor would I ever get service from these people. Their “driver” laid on his horn when I was trying merge, tailgated so aggressively, then did a combination of flipping me off and fake guns, then cut me off, brake checked me and continued to flip me off. Quite the site from someone mad about stopping at a yellow light, while with my children. I have never seen such childish and scary behavior. I have a nice video of it as I was legitimately scared for my life at one point. I will quite literally tell anyone I know to stay away from such a business that feels this is acceptable behavior, much less representing a company. Horrifying experience.

Called for repairs and the person that answered was rude.
