Four Points by Sheraton Portland East

This hotel is convenient for us whenever we visit Portland. Next door is Elmer's restaurant that you can walk through a covered walkway.
Clean rooms.

Clean bedding, clean shower. No dust. Everything works for the price. I'm good. Also Elmer's Restaurant makes a great combo.

Not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews. It was everything one would need from a hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The shower had hot water and the bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It's an older hotel but it's well maintained. I hate when hotels don't include breakfast but we knew that going in and the price was low enough we didn't mind picking up food elsewhere. I'd stay again if ever back in the area.

I got upgraded! What more can I say? The front desk staff was incredibly friendly at both my check-in and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is conveniently located near the freeway, but just enough distance to keep the noise down.

Reasonable price for a weekend trip. Amenities are adequate. The noise from the heater is a bit loud. Should choose the 3rd floor. The hotel’s build quality is not really good so you can hear people walking on upper floor.

One of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had. The customer service at the front desk was very good. Very kind and very informative. They also offered a late check out, which I have never been offered before at any hotel. The hotel had a VERY nice smell. Most hotels have lingering cigarette smoke or that burning vacuum cleaner smell, but this place smelled great! The room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was a perfect amount of towels to use. I recommend this place to anyone staying in the Greater Portland area!

Extremely dated hotel. I heard this used to be a very rough hotel but had been redone. The front desk staff was ok, but don’t expect much from them as far as being friendly etc. The noise level was high and homeless people fighting outside my window during our stay. Don’t let the Sheraton name make you think it’s a good place to stay. It wasn’t a good experience

With a name-brand hotel, such as this, I expected a certain level of comfort and cleanliness in the rooms, and I was not disappointed. What I did not expect, was the kind, thoughtful, and exceptionally friendly staff. I extended my stay because I felt like an honored guest in a fine home, rather than a reservation number. I will certainly stay here again, and after learning of the options available, I plan to schedule seminars and trainings for my business in the well-priced and efficient conference rooms. I am pleased and grateful, thank you!

Joan helped my crew when we were in a bind and had called to 13 other places and she helped us find parking was very kind and really found us such a good deal. If it wasn’t for we would’ve slept in our cabs in the freezing cold. Amazing stay with comfy beds too.

Excellent stay! Walked in to a big and very clean room with a fridge and microwave. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Free Wi-Fi was great. Pool and spa were also a nice addition and I was very happy to find out they were open 24 hours - most seem to close too early. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was quite good for free hotel coffee! The staff were happy to give us the option for a last minute late check-out request. Overall the staff seemed very happy, friendly and welcoming. Location was good with quick access to I-84 and lots of relatively close food options.

Very kind and courteous to my special needs client who lost power and had to stay there. He has a speech impediment and they were patient and helped him as much as they could. I will definitely be returning to this hotel to stay on my own. Very nice atmosphere and very clean.

A lot of bad reviews but we loved this hotel. The staff was excellent the rooms were clean and well furnished. We were on street side and room was quiet.
Diner next door was excellent place to eat. we will stay here again.

I was sent here for a week on a business trip. It's a nice facility. The staff was friendly. The room was large enough and had a fridge and a microwave. No little bottles here. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are pump action in the shower. It's got a lot of food options close to it. It's near the freeway.

It was my first time in the area so I randomly chose this hotel from an app at a rest stop. We loved it! We stayed in a king suite across from the indoor pool. The kids swam while we sat in the hot tub. Everything was very clean. Bed was super comfy. I would stay there again!

Good value for the clean, comfortable, spacious room.. and always a bonus to have a hot tub and a pool open 24 hours.

No where good to eat within walking distance, but plenty of options if you drive. Super friendly staff, and the hotel was really pleasant.

What a fancy "motel"! Serious! I was very pleased after being forced out of our house due to a fire. Four Points was very sympathetic to our tragedy and treated us accordingly. The best part for me, is they have a 24 hour indoor swimming pool and hot tub! Each night I swam all alone and was able to relax and unload some serious stress! Thanks Four Points for a week of service. Great housekeepers too! Especially Violetta, gosh I think that's her name, anyway. My advice....stay on the parking lot side, as the 181st side is very loud, ALL NIGHT!

Well, we didnt stay at the hotel, but we ate at the Elmer's next door to it! This is an upscale Elmer's mind you. They have the best food! I'm not kidding! The yellow bowl salad never disapoints!

I have always had a comfortable stay here, the only thing I had an issue with was the TV WiFi and how it wouldn't connect. They could just have been having issues at the time, otherwise everything else was great. Very clean, nice bed, friendly staff etc. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked online in advance using points as a member. We arrived at 3am in a snowy night. Staff was friendly and answered quick. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Except for the extremely cold elevator, which we guess is built later without insulation...nvm good in general

I've stayed here multiple times. Rooms are clean and spacious. Internet speeds are good as well. Pricing is usually reasonable but can jump yup if there are events in the area, but most of the time they are fair.
