Art Hill Ford

I just purchased a used 2021 Ford Escape from Art Hill. Oliver was the floor manager that helped me with all the details. He was very professional and made the process painless. I was interested in a vehicle on the website and after finding out that it was sold, Oliver sent over four other options for me to look at. He called a few times asking for bits of information to help my car search go smoothly. With his help, one of the four vehicles he sent me was the one I bought. I highly recommend this place and I am so grateful for such a helpful salesperson. Thank you again!

There were no extra hidden fees or required packages added on to the advertised price. We will check here first before going to any other dealership on our next car purchase.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my recent service experience. I brought my vehicle in to have a tailgate light replaced. Upon getting my vehicle back I discovered my tailgate no longer closes with any of the automatic methods. The service advisor stated to me that “it’s highly unlikely” that services my tailgate would result in this technical issue. Very disappointed!!!!

Update: I want to personally say “Thank You” to Dan of Art Hill Lincoln. He called me and made no excuses for the staff that did not exemplify the customer service that exudes. He immediately apologized for the poor performance of his staff and said “I want to make this right”. He shared he would not be able to look at my vehicle that day but provided me with a loaner. My vehicle was ready the next day and it was in fact a minor issue from the installation. Thank you Dan and the great men and women of Art Hill that exhibits award willing customer service every day.

I would highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle from Art Hill Ford. The staff there was not pushy one bit and one of the most honest groups I’ve dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He walked me through the different SUV options I was looking at and help me land the new Ford Explorer that I bought. I had been in the market for a Ford focus st. I looked at different focus st's for well over a year and just couldn't find one that hadn't been abused or not well taken care of. I saw a 2016 focus st on the car gurus app it was at Art Hill Ford. I called and scheduled a time to be there and test drive the car even though I lived two and a half hours away. Skip and Tony were the 2 people I dealt with over the phone and in person when I got there. Both were very nice knowledgeable and professional. They got me out the door with a car I had been looking for for a very long time and also got my payment right were I was wanting it. I would definitely recommend Art Hill Ford.

Good afternoon, Art Hill Ford/Lincoln/Mazda you have a great service writer (Tiffany)!!

I am taking care of my dad who is 81 years old. He is dealing with issues that have him in the hospital. While making sure he got the care he needs… I realized my family truck was long overdue for some repairs. I dropped my vehicle off yesterday. Tiffany was very polite and helpful. I was going to rent a car while waiting for my vehicle but Tiffany was honest enough to tell me not to get a rental and that our Ford explorer will be done in less than 1 day. It was she was right it was done before 12pm next day! Oil change, breaks, rotors, and a recall! Those guys at art hill get the job done in service !! I was told my vehicle will be brought to my home by 2pm. Guess what ? They made it at 1pm a whole hour early !! Tiffany and art hill ford Lincoln Mazda exceeded all expectations. I hope you all keep her apart of the team. She literally took the stress from me told me to focus on dad and to trust art hill. I’m glad I did!

I was searching cars online when I came across a 2018 Ford Escape, and the next day I got a phone call from Skip to come in, they have the vehicle i was looking at! My sales person was Borce. I went in with a used Bronco sport in mind I saw on their website. Upon arriving was immediately greeted by Borce and despite being on the new car side he pulled up the Bronco I asked about and we took it on a test drive. I liked the car but the payment was going to be a little higher than expected. However Borce was able to get me approved with an incredible rate on a brand new Bronco sport with a payment lower than the used one I initially looked at. Extremely pleased and impressed with both Borce and the financing team at Art Hill Ford! Will definitely return for my next car purchase in the future!

We recently purchased a Ford Bronco from Art Hill Ford and had a great experience! We first went to Webb Ford and service was terrible and couldn't even test drive the vehicle! We then went to Art Hill and met the manager Steve and Borce. They were fabulous and we ended up buying a Bronco a couple of weeks later. Person who checked me in was courteous and professional. I was offered a delivery service for my vehicle when maintenance was completed which was very convenient. Much better experience than I had a couple years ago at this facility.
