Always quality, and easy to exchange or return an item! The guys in there are so nice! They open early sometimes which is always a huge convenience when you need something!

There's a young lady that works here that is so sweet so knowledgeable I can just tell she loves her job helping people find products like that's amazing to find someone that loves such simple thing to do and the owner was very nice there even though he didn't say hi when I came in the door haha but he changed that around great place.

Cidney is always unbelievably helpful. I love her. I just come for her. She helped my daughter find the best products for her first lace install. Awesome service !! They are more expensive than the beauty supply near Home Depot but service is awesome.

I absolutely love this Beauty Supply Store. They have EVERYTHING and the staff members are always friendly. The prices are standard but they have a large assortment of hair and hair care products etc. You can’t go wrong shopping at this location. I live in Illinois but work in Merrillville so I pass many Beauty Supply stores just to come here!
