City Floral

I usually don't review places so this is a first for me but I have to express my gratitude to City Floral. My best friend passed away on Friday the 14th and the service was Tuesday so I had little time to find a florist that could do what I wanted especially with the flower shortage because Mother's Day had just passed. I called 4 florists that I've dealt with before and they couldn't do what I wanted and all but 1 couldn't do much of anything so I continued to look for florists online and found City Floral. Mark was beyond helpful, not only could he do what I wanted but he was able to get the flowers to do it. He was super nice and very helpful so I was relieved but still worried how the flowers would look. When I saw the flowers I was so relieved, they were perfect & exactly as I asked. I gave another friend his number so she could order flowers for the service and her arrangement was beautiful as well. Afterwards I text him to thank him. I was happy I found a florist who was kind and did a good job. A few weeks later I called needing a rose basket for my mom's birthday, Paul helped me this time and he was kind and helpful just like Mark. I gave Paul a few names of rose colors that I thought my mom would like and he got back with me letting me know they'd be able to get them in. When I saw the basket of roses I was wayyyyy beyond impressed (I'm not impressed by much). The roses have gotten prettier and prettier as the hours and days pass, as they've opened up more and more. Such a relief to find a business where they are kind & helpful plus they do a great job! All but 1 of the other florists I've dealt with in the past are always slightly rude and seem as if they don't want to be bothered. Not the guys at City Floral, they are happy to help you and you can feel confident that your arrangements will turn out beautiful. THANK YOU MARK & PAUL, I appreciate you both! The rose basket arrangement is so big and beautiful I can't get it all in one picture, pictures don't do it justice. The owner took time to sit with my family and create some beautiful floral arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. Very much appreciated the experience. The store is very unassuming and you might not notice it driving by but I'd definitely recommend it. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Beautiful arrangement, Over the top Quick service, delivered within an hour to a location close to them, I am sure they would accommodate others when possible.

She was so Happy I would hear her smile from over 1200 miles away. She was envy envy of the office, those who didn't see them, were drawn by the magnificent aroma. She had visitors from other building sections come smell the roses.

My daughter wanted Nana to have the biggest most colorful arrangement for her funeral! And boy did they deliver the most beautiful piece from the grandchildren, the yellow and white was from the in-laws and also stunning 🤩 Don’t go anywhere else. I was very impressed with City Floral. I needed a plant for a funeral and it was right after Christmas which made it very difficult to get anything because most florist were closed or their supply was very limited. They provide a picture of what was in stock and where able to deliver to the funeral home in time for the service.

Everyone here is amazing! I called to order flowers for a funeral, they were super knowledgeable, provided great advice, and made the whole experience easy. I couldn't be happier with the service and the arrangement they provided.

I just called them to tell them what an excellent job they did in selecting and delivering, a flower for my grandfathers service. I am in alabama and was unable to attend the service so I called and spoke with Brian I believe at city flora. He was kind and put me at such ease. So whether you are local or long distance please feel free to shop with them.

City floral is the only local florist we use for all occasions big and small. I recommend them for everything. They are creative, kind, and professional. Their prices are the best in the NWI especially for the beautiful work they do. Great people and great floral creations. You get quality work not a disappointing bland bouquet that most big online companies offer.

I am really surprised that I haven’t reviewed this business before now. I have dealt with City on numerous occasions and I have never been disappointed. In fact in many cases their arrangements are the best on display. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to them.

I Call them last minute because I wanted to buy a nice bouquet for my wife ,at her job to surprise her and I called them and I don't know who I spoke with but the person was completely professional very very understanding and work with my budget highly recommend

I had never heard of City Floral until it was recommended by Smith and Bizzell. Mark worked with me within my budget and delivered a beautiful casket floral cover.and corsages. The deceased's daughter was very pleased. I will be using City Floral again!

The owner is very knowledgeable and his work is impeccable! All the arrangements I've gotten from him is top quality and beautiful. They are real Artists. They make Emblems, and will design what you want. Cubs, Sox, Bicycles anything. If it can be cut out of Styrofoam he can do it...Best Florist in NWI by far!

I went to City Floral in 2015 when things went very wrong with a florist I had paid a lot of money to for my wedding flowers. I was literally 3 weeks away from my wedding when I walked in City Floral door needing help and quickly. VERY PROFESSIONAL guys and that means a lot to me...great customer service. He even went as far as to try to coach me in what to say to the other florist to try to make things right with her. I tried it but that young lady was so unprofessional and ignorant (thank God for the court systems!) City Florist and I sat down and we worked everything out since it was not going to work with the first florist I paid. He took the time to put everything in writing and I walked out with receipts for everything (unlike the first florist). He didn't leave one stone un-turned. I walked out of there with a clear understanding of every flower he would use in every arrangement, corsage, boutonniere and colors he would use. He didn't just show me a marketing book of flower arrangements, he showed me his actual work (which is important). I knew what I was getting on my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, when I walked in my ceremony room I was floored with how beautiful it was. Better than what I was expecting and I knew then that things happen for a reason. I knew then if I had went with the original florist I would have been very disappointed. City Florist did an AMAZING job with the flowers for my wedding...two AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL guys! I will use them for any florist needs I will ever have!

I stumbled upon this florist after finding out the one I usually use went out of business, Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional with helping me with my needs for a Birthday arrangement, I’m sure it will be beautiful for a very special person in my life that he knows as well. Even though this a hard time right now when I went in they made me feel so much better I even had a chance to laugh and smile they were courteous they was understanding they were patient with me and to top it all off he gave me three beautiful pink flowers after the end of our transaction and flowers mean so much to me so that just took it over the top I would recommend them for any occasion

I Contacted them looking for a last minute flower arrangement for a friend that passed away and me being all the way in California I can't go in person to pick or be there and the owner made it super easy and comftarble for me, He answered all my questions and helped me setup a big nice cross for a great price.. I really appreciate it because I had called another place before called Oria's Flowers and the lady was super rude and just horrible to deal with which I'm glad because I found City Floral after and was the best place so make sure you take care of all your flower needs thru here and you'll be glad you did!

I love these guys. They did the flowers for my wedding in 2006 and they are the only florist we use. They are very nice and professional and they take pride in their work.
