Residence Inn by Marriott Bentonville Rogers

Room is fantastic, only problem I've encountered is the noisy AC unit in the bedroom closet. It sounds like a freight train when it starts up. Not sure if every room is set up the same, but if you can sleep with noise (like me) it shouldn't be a problem. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, great employees, nice breakfast, and affordable. Oan: it's walking distance to many restaurants and stores‼The deli/ bakery next door is a major plus 🙃

Madelynn set us up with a room quickly as we walked off the street to inquire about room cost. She was a joy to work with. The bed was the bed we have ever had in a hotel, so comfortable.

Our service was fantastic! We were in town for a soccer tournament and Holly was great! The other staff were also great! Only con is Marriott tvs have remotes that are difficult to push the buttons. The pool was clean and the location was great!

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and 2 movie theatres. The exercise room had a lot of equipment and the indoor pool was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's within 10 miles to Crystal Bridges Museum.

We were in the area because my family loved the short trip we took here last year. We stayed in a different hotel that didn't have heated pool and that was a must demand from my daughters. From check in with Britney (apologized and understands the allergic reaction that can happen) who helped to get me the feather free pillows after the housekeeping staff missed it 😳...

I was to have housekeeping on Saturday...never happened. We emptied out own trash. (I know it was on the reservation via check in / mobile app)

I even went the extra mile and reused and rehung in the room the pool towels. Trying to help where I can.

A lot about this hotel has promise and upside letting me know that I made the right choice of place to stay.

My pillows request of down free (due to feather allergy in the family) was not done correctly... fortunately we travel with EpiPens... Email sent to GM

The room was clean and in nice working order. Cool layout and nice amount of space.
Breakfast had a nice variety of things to choose from.

The breakfast staff worked hard to keep things flowing well.

The pool was a big hit for my daughters. We spent a lot of time here.

The hotel was under construction level two... I know this because trying to quiet rest between 8am 6pm.... Not happening. Insert hammer 🔨 sounds in your head - that was a disturbance. Signs in lobby say excuse the mess. Construction under way.

Front desk staff working here has a different policy.... They are not there at front desk when someone walks in. So if you stand there a while they come from around back. I'm sure the cameras keep stuff secure... However. It's nice knowing that a gatekeeper up front can assist the people looking possibly cause trouble. I get late night if they are folding laundry or setting up conference rooms...but it seemed odd that someone wasn't greeting people on way in or out. Maybe I've stayed too many places. It was a unique vibe for sure.

Thank you to the engineering team that swapped out my Glitching tv in the guest room of the 2 bedroom room we had. Watching TV was impossible nights 1 and 2.... Kinda sad deal as the room looked new and remodeled.
Room 311 did also have a noisy shower tub. (Imagine walking on old wooden creaky floors..but in fiberglass form. Could be an issue if lower level had people staying down there.

I think with a little fine tuning... This Hotel might make it to where it would be hard to stay anywhere else! The area is definitely attractive. (Restaurants, shopping ease of getting on the highway)

Thank you for being available to experience a successful vacation. This will be our hotel - Unless the girls want an outdoor pool 😁

The Residence Inn in Rogers surpassed my expectations. The hotel looked better in person than in the pictures. Our room and the hotel as a whole was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and breakfast. It was a hot breakfast that included eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, many breads/fruits/yogurts/fruits. We would definitely return. THANK YOU!

Newer late model hotel with clean rooms and good service.

I could live there. Surrounded by nice restaurants and close to major arteries and attractions. Kids loved the indoor pool and were not shivering when they exited as is the case in many hotel pools. Complimentary breakfast buffet was well rounded for most tastes.

I stayed in this hotel for 21 nights and I must say this is the best hotel in entire Bentonville area.
I would like to appreciate entire hotel staff and big big Thanks to especially Gage and Jenna.
You both are so helpful and awesome. Your smile always welcome us like we are prestigious member of your family.

I love this hotel! I travel a lot for work spent about 2 1/2 months here. Great studio style rooms, comfortable beds, and exceptional staff all around. Location is great with all the eating venues in walking distance.

Very clean and quiet. Great stop overnight

My husband, baby and I lived here for a month while our home was being renovated. The staff was fantastic, so nice and accommodating, the rooms were big and well appointed and the pool was nice. We also loved the breakfast, the dinners and cookies throughout the week. It really felt like home after a month. So much so that we threw our son's first birthday party here!!

We got in early to set up for my sons birthday party.
They gave us room 315 but there was maintenance doing something in that room so I had to call the front desk.
They apologized about that and gave us room 102.
That room was ready so we were able to get into the room and start decorating.
Beautiful place!

Paula and I have traveled a fair bit and if we have the opportunity we like to stay at all suite places. We visited family in Rogers Arkansas over Thanksgiving and decided to give the place a chance. We were not disappointed. The staff was great, from the front desk to maintenance, housekeeping and the breakfast staff. The room was what I was expecting, but what set this inn apart in my mind was the state of the upkeep management committed to. Halfway through our stay I had to go up to the front desk and ask how long the property had been open. The answer was 9 years. I was expecting an answer of 2 years, 3 at the most. The inn looked outstanding; no frayed carpet or wallpaper, no worn furniture, fresh paint was evident. Like I said, outstanding upkeep both inside and out. They offer a free breakfast and while it wasn't any thing to the extent of a Vegas buffet, it was fresh, hot and quite filling. I have been to other properties where I was happy if I could get a piece of toast and jam, some watery OJ and lukewarm coffee. This breakfast was worth getting up in the morning. And unlike other places where if there was a small run on the food and it took forever to refill the steam table, the staff at this Residence Inn ensured that no guest had to wait to get fed. I would heartily recommend this property to anyone traveling in the NW Arkansas area.

Overall, very positive experience. Employee working the checkout counter was helpful and pleasant. This hotel is definitely located amongst several restaurant options, if you're needing somewhere close to get some takeout. Room was clean, and everything well maintained. Would definitely book here again.

The hotel was a very reasonably priced, especially for the size of the room! The kitchenette came stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a full fridge, stove and oven, and a dishwasher. This hotel would be great for a longer visit. The rooms where clean. The staff was friendly. It's a very nice hotel I was impressed.

Suite we stayed in was perfect size for two. Front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Followed COVID rules to the letter. Very grateful for that. Rooms very clean and quiet, close to many restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! It is situated in a great location near a number of nice restaurants and lots of shopping. The front desk clerk Frank is super friendly, and helped us with anything and everything we needed. The rooms are large with a really nice kitchen, and great beds. I would recommend this hotel for everyone staying in the Bentonville/Rogers area.

Clean rooms. Spacious 2 bedroom suites. Breakfast is a good but somewhat small selection. Pool is a nice size for the kids. Easy to get in and out. Attentive and friendly staff. Nice city to get around and explore in.

We live locally but stayed here for our son's seventh birthday. He wanted to stay in a hotel with a pool with his friends. The staff put together a gift basket for him and left in in the room full with pool toys and candy and a restaurant gift card. They we're amazing. We also got a suite with two separate bedrooms that was very affordable.
