Comfort Suites Terre Haute University Area

Well I went to go visit a friend I know the storm a couple of the floors that construction was going on with some of the rooms which it was cool didn't bother me but the pool you can't use it. That's one of the main attractions for that hotel is the pool so let's get it right get the pool working

I didn't expect great food at a hotel breakfast, but, WOW! The best little waffles and Real blueberry preserves! The eggs were perfect and good coffee, too. 😊 Of course, I enjoyed the pool!!

Staff was very CURTIOUS & Helpful after our accident staff tried to help anyway possible The rooms were clean the lobby & breakfast was good could have been warmer I highly recommend this place

It was a quaint little place! Looks a bit sketchy, but really isn’t that bad. The breakfast was good, the people were nice, and the beds were comfortable! I liked it a lot! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Starting with checking in. The front desk was professional and friendly sorry forgot his name who checked us in but he was great. Rooms were clean and big (note: tried several settings on the refrigerator both in our room and our daughter never really got cold but ice machine worked great). Kids loved the pool. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Next morning I thought we had gone to Jimmy Dean’s to eat. Nice surprise. Definitely would come back

We were traveling a long distance & decided to stop for the evening & get a room. This was our 3rd & final hotel of our trip. This was the nicest of all!! It was so roomy, very clean, even smelled clean, they had a nice breakfast, & great service. Next time we travel, we will look for a Comfort Inn!!

You should try this hotel out folks. They treat you like family. Your rooms are very clean. Breakfast is hot. And you can’t beat the hospitality of this hotel.

Excellent hotel! I stayed in a Hilton a month ago in St Louis and it was worse than here. This hotel room is very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything just right!!

I made reservation through the Choice Reservation Center to use my points and asked for and was assured a room on the ground. When checking in at first Alison had me on third floor. When I explained I was promised "on the ground" it was not a problem. She was very cordial and professional in finding me a room on the ground. There were no other issues on this stay. Room was comfy as expected and hotel was not far off interstate. Being a college town there were plenty of eateries nearby.

Overall, a wonderful stay! I will absolutely stay here again.

As of my stay, pool was not open due to covid. I really feel like it should be open by now, but oh well.

Breakfast was great! Able to actually sit down and not have to lug everything out to the car or back to the room was so refreshing! To be able to sit down like a human, at a table, and eat a nice continental breakfast was so enjoyable! Decent selection too! Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, assorted fruit, juice, tea, coffee. Coffee is available most of the time on the first floor by the front desk area too in addition to in your room also. Breakfast is 6am - 9am.

Our room was a king suite, and was generously spacious and recently updated. Very nice! Bed was a bit hard, but generous on the blankets! Generous pillows too! There is a couch that folds out into a bed if needed too. TV is a nice size with remote that can be cleaned easily. Even being on the third floor, things were quiet! I didn't hear any neighbors at all unless they were in the hallway and that's to be expected. Air filters in the AC unit were CLEAN! Toilets and bathtub clean too! Great job housekeeping!

There were a couple dents in the drywall in our room, but not distracting. Some burn marks in the hallway carpet or something but again, not bad. That's what happens when you have the general public going in and out. Elevator was a bit scary, clanking and rumbling oddly, moving slightly as the doors were opening, so I took the stairs.

Again, I was super pleased and will back!

Great hotel for a wonderful night's sleep in a college town. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast bar was just what we needed to get our day going.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great (real eggs, sausage, yogurt, Nutella for your bread or pancakes, and fresh fruit were some of the options). My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Me and my friend traveled from Fort Wayne to stay for the night and the staff was very attentive and kind, they were quick to help check us in even though they were outside, watering the plants and cleaning up the parking lot when we arrived. It was very clean and inviting inside and smelled refreshing. The rooms were very nice, clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and polite and had excellent customer service. There were a few staff in particular who were very friendly and kind and actually interacted and talked to us while we were outside smoking and asked if we needed anything every time they saw us.i didn't catch all of their names but one was Jordan and she was particularly kind and polite and a very cool person, and I enjoyed talking to her. It didn't even matter that the amenities weren't available because of covid19 because they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were so comfortable, I had the best sleep I've had in a long time and breakfast was ready for us in the morning with a good morning greeting from the hotel staff and check out was just as prompt and friendly and pleasant. I'd stay here again and every time whenever I was in Terra Haute!

When we checked into our room, the hindered was broke. The hotel fixed it right away and we all had a great night's rest. It's great and wonderful place to stay.

We stayed there October 20th. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever had. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds, friendly workers. Good breakfast. We just stayed as a layover. Only down fall was the parking lot. We had a trailer and had to park in a dirt lot next to the parking lot. Difficult to maneuver with large holes. Not a big deterrent just wanted to note. Would stay again.

Very pleasant stay here. The room was clean. The staff very friendly. No odd smells, and there was a real, hot breakfast (not your typical pastries and cereal). I'm not sure if we will ever be back through Terre Haute, but if so. Definitely would book here again.

Stayed there last night with my wife and son, and loved it!! Good breakfast. Clean pool with plenty of towels. Love the bathroom. Super clean, super comfy beds. Super clean room with fold-out couch, Coffee always fresh in the lobby. Very polite staff. Tim is an amazing guest service agent!!! As someone who has worked for choice hotels before, I can say he was on his A-game and went above and beyond the call of duty for his job. Check-in was prompt and we had absolutely no issues with our stay, even considering the fact that we stayed right after the busiest weekend of the year for hotels in Terre Haute. 5stars for Comfort Suites, and 10stars for Tim!!

Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff, nice breakfast, coffee and tea available 24 hours.

This hotel is currently under renovation but I could not see any evidence of this other than a new looking hotel.

This hotel is just off the freeway but I could not hear any of the traffic and I slept like a baby.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and there's plenty of power points to charge your electronics.

Great hotel! Nearby to everything and the rooms are amazing. Comfy bed with lots of pillows and a cold mini fridge, I didn't realize until the second day it has a heat lamp in the bathroom so that was awesome. Great woman up front who is super friendly and helpful when I checked in later in the evening. Would absolutely stay here again!
