My son has been going here for years. He loves his therapist, never had a problem with getting or adjusting his medicine

We are new to The Pointe but my family has benefited from being here and we hope to continue our services!

🛑THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE 🛑
My experience here WAS good!
Now it's not at all. It's a disgrace.
The mental health therapists there DONT CARE about my daughter's health issues much less her MENTAL HEALTH. I know they know who is rateing them and I don't care.
They don't even care for my own personal mental health issues.
I'm soon gonna pull my daughter out and tell them to stuff it. They don't help, instead of making it worse!
Tamako Johnson told me she could write a letter, come to find out after I tracked her down she won't, then made up EXCUSES INSTEAD OF DOING HER JOB THAT SHE GETS PAID TO DO!! Instead she thought she could stand up and tell me off. I know my daughter's health and mental health more then this ungodly "Godly" worker. She even works WITH KIDS AT A SCHOOL. She did all this in front of my daughter. My daughter looked at me and was stunned because this lady was supposed to help her.

A week after seeing the doctor and still no meds for my son. Apparently doctor is only there twice a week and if a patient needs something they just have to wait. Edit: well I'm glad that they didn't let it go through. The next doctor I went to told me that the amount of medicine their doctor gave my very skinny and small (was premature) 7 year old would have eventually stopped his breathing. If the insurance hadn't blocked it I wouldn't have a son right now and I trusted these people. Do not let them care for you, your dog, your cat, your pet rock. They almost killed my baby.

I honestly do not know what is going on with one of the therapist at this MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY. I wouldn't bring my animal to this person for help. How can a person encourage parent alienation with a 9 year old little girl?? This so called therapist is doing soo much damage to this child! To her sister! To her mother! To her brother! This person is the only one to not agree that this child needs her mother!! Someone needs to let her know that this is WRONG and maybe she needs some more education about parent alienation!!
