This is the second new Subaru I have bought from Castle. Reece was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure me to buy a car. He was always available either at the dealership, or on his personal cell phone. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Subaru to speak with Reece. Ron was the sales manager I dealt with. He made the process very smooth and saved me quite a bit of money. Overall, everyone I dealt with at castle Subaru in Portage has been very friendly helpful and Professional.

We worked with Reece and he was a phenomenal salesman. We started at the dealership in the morning, stopped at three other but continued to communicate with the Castle team (Reece) via text and by 4:30pm we had made our decision to go with the 2016 Kia Sorento. Left rear wheel of my Subaru Outback detached on the exit from a highway coming to Illinois from Michigan. It happened in Indiana.
Asked tow driver to bring car to the Castle dealership. Sunday evening... Left the car, filled the form dropped the form with the key.
On Monday by 9AM the car is ready! My wife and I were back on the road going home (200 miles)

I made the mistake of using another Subaru dealers service department in the past, Castle’s service and quality of work has made sure that I never go anywhere else. The prices were extremely fair. They brought me a loner two counties away and picked up mine. Once there they stayed in text communication, sent me video of the issue with narrative! Tim and the team were outstanding!

I had a wonderful experience at Castle! Derrick was amazing, he sat with me and asked questions to find out what I wanted. He pulled a bunch of cars for me to test drive. He wasn't a pushy salesman, car shopping always makes me nervous. I don't know anything about cars. He explained each car to me before I tested it. Spent time with me and answered all of my questions. Everyone that I dealt with was nice and super friendly, before this I was a Toyota girl but after this experience I will never go anywhere but Castle. Plus, I love my new car!!!!

I came to Castle Subaru to have window rain deflectors put on my SUV. They were very professional, keeping me informed of every step of the way. Mike Keathley was extremely helpful and on the spot, he made sure that he answered our questions politely, professionally, and with the utmost respect. I also appreciated the fact that he was not overbearing, making me feel like what he was doing was the best choice for us. Very knowledgeable of what he was selling, if he didn't have an answer, he made sure we got one. He sent me home in a Subaru Crosstrek Sport 2024. Ive never bought brand new.

Top Notch. Calmly went through every aspect of the problem that I brought to them with my 2020 outback. They resolved that problem. Then they went through possible future maintenance. No hard sell. Just a matter of fact, delivery of information.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The waiting area was quiet. And well appointed. Something is changed since the last time I visited my Subaru dealer — changed for the better.
