Woodland Park

Woodland Park is a great place to bring the kids to play. They have multiple playgrounds, public restrooms, basketball courts, and halls you can rent. It's definitely a relaxing place to come too. They have a dog park to bring your furry friend to run and play

Such a gorgeous park! There are so many things to do for all ages. Skate ramps, two different playgrounds, gazebo, multiple picnic areas, dog park, clean restrooms. Would definitely recommend for anyone:)

My son loves coming here to play! And my dog loves to come here as well! Very spacious and they have fun activities thru out the year.

Very nice park with a walking path. For fellow #railfans there is a CSX mainline with a diamond and frequent traffic out of Chicago.

This is a gem hidden away in Portage. They have the best dog park in the county, a great hall for formal events, and a lot more. Check it out.

It has a great dog park, separated into big dogs and small dogs. There's also a great playground for kids near the dog park. There's at least one more little playground. There are picnic/shelter areas for parties and one or more halls that can be rented out for events. The whole park is beautiful and has plenty of hills and space to run around.

Such a nice, convenient, well managed dog park to visit. Chloe loved it!

Great place for doggies to have fun and socialize. Their mommy's and daddy's have a good time too.

Great dog parks with plenty of space for the pups to run around! And then my son loves playing at the playground going down slides and swinging and being spun in a circle! Not bad at all

Great dog park! Just make sure you register your dog with Portage (which can be done online) The dog park is broken down into 2 sections. One is for large dogs and the other for small dogs. Most owners are great but like any park, you'll find a few problem dogs and owners. For the most part, it's a great way for my dog to run around without being leashed.

Great place to exercise your best friend. Two sides. One for large dogs and one for smaller. Drinking fountain for your dog and you. Clean up bags are provided. Meet up with other dog owners.

Woodland park is a good place with two differents areas of playgrounds , one for the little kids, and the other for the olders. Is big with a huge picnic area with cabins, picnic tables and restrooms. For the pets they had a special pet park. Definitely a good choice for a fun day with the kids outside.

Attended a frag swap here (reef aquarium hobby). The place is easy to find and very well suited for exhibits. The grounds are very nice also and invited a walk when we were finished at the show. I'd readily come here again for another show or consider renting it for something similar.

Nice big park and dog park. We come here often. Wish there was more security or staff members to watch the way-too-old kids with their smart and profane mouths and escort them out.

This place is so excellent. Perfect place for weddings, fantastic parties, meetings, conversations, and more. It is even better because inside you can not hear anything going on outside. Train sounds do not get in and all you hear is everything going on inside.

Nice playground, great dog parks for both small dogs & a park for large ones.. The sledding in the winter, playground in the summer, just wish they could find a way for the rest rooms to be open longer than just the summer months.

Good playground,pleanty of room even though it is a smaller playground. Also has dog run area for big and small dogs ( separate sections) nice park for other arrangements too
