American Freight - Appliance, Furniture, Mattress

I needed a refrigerator my LG quit working and was $2000 to fix. Went to American Freight they have a huge selection of furniture and appliances to chooses from. It is a scratch and dent store so you have to look over your choice and make sure that’s what you want. The Staff is amazing. They went above and beyond. I will definitely go back. Only thing I would say bad is the financing that is offered. Not bad as long as you pay it before interest starts accruing It is 170% yes you read it right it’s not a typo 170%.

So I drove 2 2/1 hours to pick up my order and the first guy couldn’t find me in the system. Then the manager Vicky who is a super hero did her magic and found my couch. She was super nice and handled the situation perfectly. I would give her 12 stars if I could😄😄😄😄

Manager helped me pick out my fridge and made sure the measurements worked for my space that I needed. So happy with the customer service that I received.

The delivery was great-
Joey and his Co worker was extremely detailed and knowledgeable and safe with delivery even with small doors was very impressed would recommend them for delivery

William was wonderful at helping us and explaining the financing. Helped us walk out the door with everything we needed, questions answered. When you come in, ask for William, you'll be in great hands. 👍

We bought new appliances and Linda was our sales lady! She was amazing in finding us exactly what we wanted. She took a task that I dreaded and made it fun and enjoyable!

The appliances we bought are great, aside from a few small scratches in spots that really aren't seen, for example, the side of the stove, the appliances work like brand new and look great!

What great customer service and products at a phenomenal price. Appliances might have a few scratches or dings but worth it for the price reduction. We also got a new dining room table for a great price which we love and use almost every day.

When I bought my refrigerator, delivery was late. I called Linda & she handled it immediately. When my oven died, I went to American Freight 1st.
Because of Linda.
The oven I bought had a problem not covered by warranty. Linda & Kenneth promised to make it right and they were true to their word!
Linda even saw to it that my replacement was delivered earlier than expected.
I will definitely return to American Freight for my appliances & furniture.
