Thermography Ink is raised lettering that is my preference vs embossed (difficult to read). Worthy thank you note decor in a Rich Man's work area that resulted in a $700 street price ticket gift for The Bulls Playoff Game.

Quality -- My Orders have always arrived PERFECT! The same product as previewed pre-order. How quickly I forget that every order is shipped in a nice, keepsake box.

Competitively Priced -- 19+ years ago, AMERICAN STATIONERY was the only affordable raised lettering. Now, competition exist but they are more expensive as everything is a la carte.

Clearance -- my favorite category that gives me the chance to be affordably playful with eclectic designs. I can also find classic designs at cheapest rate.

Due to emails, an order of 25 lasts a long time when you write a draft on plain, scratch paper before using $2 personalized notes/letterheads & envelope.

I love the large variety of items and all the different printing processes that they offer. I've never had an issue with any of my orders.

They produced our company's business cards-they were perfect! They also delivered them in 2 days! We were very happy and satisfied!

Solid people, I've bought from them in the past and was satisfied with the product and service.

Big fan of American Stationery. I've been a customer for almost 10 years now and they offer a great product at reasonable prices. Great way to bring back the written note!

Nice place to get any kind of printing done. Paper, glass, clothing, cooking items, anything. If you can think it up, they can print it. Thermography /embossed /digital /flat print/embroidery /foil. You name it.

Really disappointed with recent experiences. Placed an order weeks before Mother’s Day, never had any updates on order status on the website so I called and was told they wouldn’t be delivered in time for Mother’s Day unless I upgraded to second day delivery. I did that and still had to keep checking and tracking the orders which did, finally, arrive in time. The customer service website is challenging to use. It requires an access code but doesn’t explain what that is and doesn’t take any of the codes embedded in the e-mail or tickets they send. The stationery is nice though.

I’ve ordered from them for several years without any issues, but this year is the worst service and delays I’ve experienced. I Called Customer service three times and order is still not here. Ordered December 1 and too late to use for Christmas. I Doubt I will remain their customer…there are too many other companies that offer the same product. Too bad, they need to get their operations and processing time fixed.

The account is deleted, the order history is deleted and there is no way to restore the relationship other than starting over from scratch. If that's the case, I might as well go elsewhere. Who thought this was a good idea?

Very disappointed with American Stationery. The last couple of orders have been either incorrect (out of 24 note cards, 16 had the correct name and 8 had the wrong name) or had delivery issues (Order placed 7/28, per their records shipped via FedEx 8/9, but the tracking number does not work). I have called three times and each time I am told the product will be delivered "by end of business on x date" and I still do not have the product on September 6. I will be using a different Stationer going forward.

Used to be good, no longer is the case. Orders take forever, and delivery does as well. It’s not just a covid issue, as I have bad this experience with American stationery the prior 3 years. When i was younger, my stationery always came from here, so I have tried to remain a loyal customer. When you call customer service, they do nothing to try to better the situation and just say how busy they are. However, other very good stationery companies seem to get things out within reasonable time frames. Expect 15-20 day production time and nearly a month to receive your order even for the smallest order from American Stationery. Pick a different company with better customer service.

Absolutely the most ridiculous online purchase I have EVER made. I ordered this memo pad as a Christmas present for my Aunt.

The first time it was delivered, the order came incomplete. I called them the second I opened the package, as it was only a week until Christmas. They PROMISED ME that the correct order would make it to me by Christmas Eve.

Well, Christmas Eve came and went, as did Christmas Day. When I called the day after Christmas (first day back open) the customer service rep was apologetic, but told me she had no idea why I was promised the package before Christmas, as it wasn't enough turn around time to remake the order.

And so, giftless, they refunded me for PART of my messed up order.

Fast forward 3 weeks, yes it took THREE MORE WEEKS to receive the corrected order (total of 4 weeks to get the proper order. It only took them 1.5 weeks to get it to me initially!!!). When I opened the package, the entire memo pad was IN PIECES!!!! The binding of the pad was flimsy and the entire thing came apart.

Safe to say, I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED.. and I will NEVER order from you again. EVER.

Mind you.. they would not refund my entire order. only part of it.

UNREAL. I wish I could give you ZERO STARS.

So far I've gotten two broken return address stampers and a lot of push back when I call for a replacement. Will not use this company again.

Horrible company with deceptive business practices.
