I shop here all the time and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Kenzie is the best and always greets me with a smile. Honestly, I'm only leaving this review to correct what another customer said about a great employee.

Love this store. Came just for the flip flops. Staff was friendly and had great suggestions. Clean dressing rooms. Great selection of clothing for the whole family. Restrooms were clean. Staff takes great care in a clean and organized store. Their hard work pays off. Everything is easy to find. They have a wide range of styles and sizes. Can't wait for their annual flip flop sale!

I had such a great day of shopping today because the employees made sure that the store was very clean, neat and organized which made my shopping experience that much better! All of the employees were so kind and helpful especially my cashier #3207769 because I had an issue with the price and she was more than helpful resolving the issue. I will absolutely be visiting again in the very near future!

Lots of good sales! Nice, large fitting rooms. Very helpful and friendly employees, especially Taylor. She went out if her way to help me with my selections. She had great ideas of pairing items together for a really cute outfit! I also noticed her help two young girls find the right size flip flops they were looking for. Overall, this shopping trip was 5 ☆s! Thank you Old Navy!

Out of all the old navy stores...this is my favorite. It is always very organized and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door.
I almost always find a great deal on something...either pants for me, boys clothes...I even found boys Jean's for a dollar a pair last year shortly before school started.
Another reason I like this store is because the clothes are not picked through. I can actually find clothes in the clearance racks because everything is organized by size. The one in Mishawaka is horrible! I love in Elkhart and even work down the road from the Mishawaka store but I will still drive to this store in South Bend. Whomever manages this store does an excellent job!

Use to work here in 2006. Morning janitorial. AWESOME bosses I only had one person on my direct team as for janitorial . The bosses was Strict but stern and pleasant. Alot of places that you forget to do a task usually gets you in trouble..but our bosses wasn't like that theyd talk to ya through headset via walkie talkie.. and ..hey bud? Or J! You forgot something.. and id get to it that second and apologize..I was kinda rusty from not working..iIwas blessed with the bosses ..even the big boss was A great person. Missed working here.

Wasn't a fan of the women's clothes very ugly and odd styles. But purchased a lot of nice kids clothes!
