Ross Dress for Less

The store was clean and well stocked considering the time of year. Even though the staff was being pulled every which way to handle customer needs and daily operations they were positive, upbeat, professional, and efficient.

The volume of customers that were shopping during my visit exceeded the number of staff members in my opinion.
It was very apparent that the team members customer service and ability to engage and provide a positive overall experience for each individual was the differentiator that could have easily went the opposite way.

It was an experienced staff that likely excel in emotional intelligence that lead to a store full of customers leaving having had a positive experience and latter.

Prices were so much better than Kohl's. Plus this store stays open little later which is really nice for people who work & sleep different shifts.
Variety was great, too.

This location not very stocked...or maybe its really popular,but always find some things,that are quality,and lower priced

Lots of designer things real reasonable

I love their deals! Nice new clothing for much less. I don't always find my size but that's the nature of this store. I go back from time to time to see the new stuff they put on the racks. It also has other things besides clothes like pictures and small furniture and kitchen supplies. I love this store.

Good deals on name brand clothes and shoes

I love Ross's you never know what you're going to find in there it's kind of fun to go and see the different things that they get every week check it out

THIS STORE IS AWESOME!!!! We needed something pretty and of course pink for my 14 yr. old granddaughter. Naturally we found the PERFECT outfit at Ross's!! Thank you!! We will be back!!

Depending on your personal style choices it may be hard to find exactly what you want here. But when you find it, it's a great price. I usually buy my Converse shoes here.

I was hesitant to go because I've been to a couple other Ross stores and they have been dirty and you couldn't find anything but this Ross was nice and clean and very well managed I was able to find things and was very happy I will definitely go back to this store

By far favorite place to shop! You can buy clothes, anything for the kitchen, home decor, rugs, bedsheets and full comforts, cosmetics, jewelry, electronics, purses and bags at the the price. There are a lot of name brand items as well
