Target

Came in to get stuff for my daughter's cos-play wigs. Target is a great place to shop, the people are awesome. Very helpful, not like Walmart where they point you in the direction, the people here actually take you where the product is and even offers suggestions with using the product.

I like shopping at this Target. I know the layout. It is always clean. The employees are nice. Still has a good movie section. Prices are decent.

Drive up at Target is quick, easy, and affordable ! Great customer service!

This store is always very clean, well lit, and organized (no stock blocking the aisles). The staff is generally friendly and helpful.
I visited before Christmas to buy some of the Marks & Spencer food items they were carrying this year. They were packaged in reusable light up metal lanterns! The display was easy to find, and the prices were clearly marked.

The checkout is fast and easy. If there is a wait it doesn't take long.

I love Target. Everyone that works there is very professional, and also very happy. The employee's really seem to care about the customer. The store is always neat and clean. The store is spacious and everything is of great quality. I plan on shopping more often at Target.

We were at this Target yesterday and spent over $200 in items for our daughter who was moving back to her college dorm.

When we got back to the dorm we realized we had inadvertently left one of our purchased bags at the self-checkout lane.

We tried over and over to call Guest Services, but no one was answering....so we drove back to the store to see if any honest person had turned in our bag.

When we spoke to the agent at Guest Services we were told that since no one had turned in the bag we could re-gather our items and would not be required to re-purchase these items.

Wow!! That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.

(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)

Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!

Impressed with the target employee who was "on it" when a suspicious woman approached me and my child while shopping. He must have been keeping an eye on the lady.

Nice shop with a good selection and never too crowded. Checkout and customer service are usually a bit slow. Still worth the wait as you can get things here that the competition doesn't have.

I'm generally not a huge Target fan, but this one is really nice. Always have a good selection, and I enjoy browsing some of the more unusual gift items they usually have in stock. Staff is generally very friendly too. I enjoy visiting the Starbucks on my way out occasionally.

I always have the best experiences at target!!! I get my down time, self care, and shopping in all in one trip!!! I hope you guys decide to put a target in Plymouth Indiana one day soon!

Because I still had service in the store. I get so tired of going into a large store and loosing all cell service. It's nice to finally find a store where I can shop deals online while my wife wanders aimlessly around looking for her "new favorite find". Sometimes I wonder why she drags me along, we always get separated and then I feel like a lost puppy looking for her. Needless to say I usually get Starbucks when I'm there. Check this store out it's great.

People are friendly. and helpful when needed. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Thank you.

A new favorite Target location! Clean, well organized, and updated; so much better than the Goshen Target. I wish all of Indiana Targets had the tablet price scanners. I was able to check whether an item was in stock, how many were on the floor, how many were “in back”, and if other area Targets had the item in stock. I love being able to check for myself and not have to flag down an associate.

The kiosk scanners around the store were more accurate than my IPhone app scanner. My app scanner listed an item for $23 and the in store scanner listed it at $14.99, which was the correct price.

I don't usually order online for pick up, but ,after today, I definitely will. Our wait was about 30 seconds and we were in & out in under 5 minutes. Wow, just wow! Great customer service!

Good inventory, clean and well staffed.

The most important reason for the score that I selected was the way that I was treated by a store associate today. I am extremely satisfied beyond satisfied with the help that I received today. I did not know the employee's name but it was a female who was working in the cosmetics department at around 4:30ish. She was super nice and patient. I asked her if it was possible to try on a foundation before I made a purchase and she was totally for it! She helped me find the right shade for my skin tone and told me that I could always return it before 90 days. I ended up purchasing a Milani 2 in 1 foundation and even though she said that she wasn't sure if the foundation was good, she did say that the brand was a good one. She also answered every single question that I had about makeup and she was super knowledgeable, more knowledgeable than any ULTA associate. She dedicated her time to me and helped me find what I was looking for. I am super happy and will be returning to Target on Ireland Road for all of my cosmetics needs, I simply love Target and enjoy coming here on a regular basis. Thank you for employing such a wonderful staff member! Not only is it convenient to have a Target in South Bend, but it is also convenient to have knowledgeable store associates that can help you with all of your basic beauty needs.

This location is always neat and clean. It is always really easy to find things and the employees are always asking if you need help finding things. They are even willing to call other locations to see if they have a product if the store is out of it. This store actually knows the meaning of good customer service and I appreciate that.

The store is always bright and inviting. Plus, the clothing merchandise is trendy with affordable prices. Even though I could save a few pennies/or bucks at a competitive store- I just love Target!
