Love shopping at Kohl's. I am always able to find what I need. With the sales they often have your able to find name brand items for a lower cost. Fast & Friendly service. Plus your able to earn rewards and $10 back with $50 purchase every time.

First time in store, I asked a gentleman unloading items for display where restroom was and he politely walked us half way to area instead of just pointing. Nice manners. The cashier that helped us navigate our purchase could not have been more helpful. He took the time to make sure we received all the sale perks allowed on our purchase. The store was clean and tastefully displayed. Big thumbs up was cleanliness of bathroom, if I don't feel comfortable using the bathroom I'm not shopping in your store.

This Kohl's is awesome! I was having an incredibly hard time finding the correct memory foam mattress topper. I had looked at multiple stores and driven all over the city trying to find it. I was even misinformed by a different Kohls store and told I could order it online even though it was out of stock online. This store was amazing and helped me get exactly what I needed and even honored the other stores sale price as well. They were fast and helpful and SO nice throughout my whole visit there. They helped tremendously and I'm so grateful! Trenton was the employee who helped me the majority of the time and he was INCREDIBLY attentive and personable. Very happy with my purchase at this store and will be going to this Kohl's from now on instead of the other Kohl's in town!

I was searching for the perfect gift and found it at this store. It was special drinking glasses, and these had dents in them for your fingers, perfect for a person who has small hands.

A clerk helped me find what I was looking for and explained the difference between a size 4,and T4.

Love the Southside kohls! Enjoy the ease of shopping there. Not having to travel out to grape rd. Always clean and friendly service.

I recently was in Kohl's on the South side of town and I was always greeted by and associate very helpful, very friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful. And I always go back.

This young man by the name of Jacob was so accommodating with helping us find shoes for my son. He was pleasant, professional and restocked the 4 boxes we had all over the floor!

The staff here are tremendously helpful and I always find good value for my money.

I went to the kohls on Ireland Road to take in my Amazon returns. I don’t remember the last time I was at that kohls so I was doing laps around looking for customer service/ amazon returns and then I noticed it was right next to where I walked in . That made me feel a little foolish I usually pay attention to signs and things if that nature. The customer service was very friendly and it didn’t take long at all.

The South Bend Kohls (south side) is clean, orderly and has wonderful, helpful and friendly employees. I love shopping at this particular store!

The staff at this Kohl's is always helpful and friendly. The store is clean, well lit, and well stocked. The signage is clear, and departments are kept very well organized. When I need to take an Amazon return here, it is always a very fast, easy process. I also appreciate that they provide Kohl's cash when an Amazon return is completed here.
