Love the customer service and the waranty. Had some small cracks on my boots..they took it in and exchanged it no questions asked.

I highly recommend Danner boots. Their customer service is excellent and I am very happy with the service I recieved.

I ordered a pair of boots but there was a problem with the order. This is going to happen at least rarely with any company. What matters is how those problems are resolved. Danner support was able to quickly and professionally resolve the issue for me. Therefore I have no doubt, from my personal experience, that you can depend on Danner.

Nowadays it can be hard to find companies that actually stand behind their products. So I am happy that I went with Danner instead of some other brand.

Never been to this store before. Very impressed with what this store offers. Great location. At first we didnt really get the greatest customer service but their was also quite a few customers so we were understanding. however when we went to go check out lori went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase plus gave us a discount and made sure to explain the warranty and if we had an issues. we appreciate everything she did. will definatly be returning! 😃

Best boots in the world IMO, I’ve even come half way round the world to visit! OK, so I was here for my sons wedding but just had to visit the store as I have a pair of Danner boots back home, 22 years old and still going strong. Staff super friendly and helpful and considering how far I’d come I even got a little freebie.

What can I say? It's Danners. You pay what you get and that's top quality here. I've broken clips on boots, they replaced them no questions asked. Amazing staff I always look forward to coming here.

I been buying danner boots for over 15yrs now and they really stand up by their products , went in for a product guarantee for the first time ever , and couldn't been better they inspected the boots right away and told me that yes the boots were defective and give me store credit to buy another pair , that's CUSTOMER SERVICE , will definitely continue to buy my boots here for years to come .

Okay so the shoes are a bit more pricey than what I would like to purchase. However, that being said they all come with a warranty incase something strange happens. One time they replaced my boots three times in a year. Then advised how to have them go well beyond the warranty, by giving me a free but of the product pictured on this post. Really good stuff. All my current selections are also pictured here. They have a shoe or boot for any environment or job! I love the Danner Dry material more so than their Gortex varieties; as it last longer and isn't as heavy. The staff at this location are always really cool and respect me as a valuable customer. Super customer service. After a rocky start with someone who could have cared less once they found I was only interested in the sale shoes, a hero came into view. He worked with me to find a good solution to my larger women's foot (42, wide) and sent me out the door very happy. Thank you, super guy, for remembering that kindness is cool.

Attractive prices, nice selection and a smile! Quality over quantity remains. it was hard to pick only one model :) I picked the Mountain600 the best mountain hiking boots. They’re super comfy they don’t hurt my feet even after loooong days of hiking!

When to have my boots recrafted, they did an awesome job. With only a 1 week turn around. I'll be taken these boys back in 4 years when they wear out again. I'll post before and after

If you want to get into the Danner eco system but don't have the cash to spend on brand new shoes, a visit here may be worth your time. On ocassion there will be certain shoes at discount due to quality/manufacutiring defects. Typically these are small and not very noticeable.

You'll find a wider range of shoes here than the smaller tanusbourne location. The staff are friendly at both!

I was skeptical about purchasing Danner’s as I have always been an Irish setter and Redwing fan. Asan electrician I’m on my feet a lot.

The only brand I buy, they last, they're comfortable, and I'll wear a pair for twelve hours a day. Acadia nmt. Been buying the same boot for over ten years.

The place to go for boots and other footwear. Huge selection. Smaller and larger sizes available. I wear a 7.5, and lots of places just don't carry them. Or a very small selection. A very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this establishment
