Renee was awesome to work with. As a first time homebuyer and very new to all of the terminology and process she took time to explain everything and also made sure the policy I went with met my needs both financially and coverage wise. I shopped around for other quotes but Renee’s was the most competitive and comprehensive policy so it was a no brainer to go with her policy.

Alex arranged for me to switch to Mercer Insurance quickly and simply. My home insurance has been going up the past few years at unacceptable rates.
Price doubled in past 4 years. One year it went up $147.00. He said All-State would only go up aprox 3% yearly. Thanks Alex for helping me to change a disturbing practice with my previous insurance, and making it more affordable. I have only a simple ranch home with no changes that would make these higher prices relevant. Thanks Alex for answering all my questions.

Jessica has been very helpful & professional. I recently purchased a new vehicle. My car insurance and house insurance comes at the same time. She was able to break it down to make it easier for me.
