This place is absolutely awesome! I'm big on customer service, and these guys go above and beyond! First-time customer and I was treated like I was a regular. I'm definitely a repeat customer, and I highly recommend this shop for your car/truck needs. Adam was awesome, and the girl was unbelievable. I can't remember her name. Thank you so much. Had my car towed here due to the brake assist vacuum failing. Karen was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to get it fixed same day.

I would highly recommend Scott's U-Save Tires & Auto Repair. This is the second time that I've used them for repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. The first time involved extensive repairs, but a part that was ordered had issues arriving on the expected time frame, causing delays in fixing my vehicle. I was kept regularly informed throughout the entire process though. Since there were several delays in getting the part, Scott's U-Save honored a discount for my troubles, which was greatly appreciated. They certainly value their customers, and I am extremely happy with how they handled the situation. Scott's will continue to have my business in the future.

I have found my new auto repair shop!! Dave Dykstrais is friendly and professional. My car was towed there in the middle night due to broken brake caliper, struts, CV joint and he had it repaired the following day . Great service!

I’ve been using Scott’s since the original location in Steger since the late 1980’s.

The ONLY place I use for tires and routine maintenance.

Always find the problem quickly and are able to correct it at a reasonable cost.

So glad they have a NWI location now as well with the same professional staff.

I can’t say enough good things about this business! I got a return phone call at opening and a clear explanation of what I needed and the cost. They told me my car would be ready before closing and I got a call that my car was ready by mid afternoon. I arrived and the people up front were so kind and personable. The cost was very reasonable for 4 new tires! I’ll definitely be going back soon for other things I’ve needed for a while. They’ve gained a life long customer. Thank you!!

Very impressed with scheduling of an oil change and tire rotation. Took me into the garage to show how the tires have worn unevenly and close to needing replacing. Bought new recommended tires with great ratings and I'm very happy with the entire experience. Honesty and constant communication sold me.

I had my tire repaired at Scotts. I would highly recommend this place. Great customer service by the team. I dealt mostly with Dave and he was great working with my schedule. I'm going to tell everyone I know.

10/10 satisfied with the care my car received. Staff members were all very friendly and professional. Dave assisted me and his knowledge and skill were very evident. He expertly explained to me procedure and what my car needed, and I was confident of the high quality this shop delivers. Scott's will be my new home for any auto care for my vehicle.

Scott's went above and beyond customer service. Needed my tires on asap for my work truck and they made time to get me in and I was out before I knew it. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. Answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going to them again.

Got a nail in my tire, near the sidewall, and wanted to have someone take a look instead of trying to patch it. Despite being booked for the day, Scott's let me leave the car, got to it between some of the appointments and had a new tire on it the same day. Great service, professional people, good explanation of service. Hopefully no more nails any time soon, but I'd go back for future service needs.

I had a flat & of course no jack for my lifted Sierra. I went to Scott’s as a walk-in hoping they could help me. At a time when we’re suppose to be happy for people just for showing up.
Scott’s knocked it out the park. They had a tech who happened to came in early punch in to help me. Wow!!!! I was happy. Especially since later that day I had to take my mom to her Dr.’s appointment.Thank you Adam & your team for the peace of mind. I will definitely return.

We called Scott’s U-Save I’m Schererville on Wednesday just at closing time. We discovered a large screw in one of the tires of our SUV. Brad picked up the phone and answered all our questions about pricing and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next day. The shop is clean and comfortable and everyone is really friendly. The tire was sealed and the car is driving perfectly. The price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Scott’s.

Update: Since leaving this review, we’ve taken our cars for additional services with the most recent being a brake inspection and replacement. They were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner and were honest with what needed to be done, what could wait and what did not need any work performed now. Pricing has been reasonable and they are always friendly and professional. I really trust the team at Scott’s U-Save. They also explained what was going on with the car so I understood what was going on. And my car is running great since getting serviced.
