The woman in charge of making appointments for banking business (Christine?) was so nice and very helpful. We went to this branch after a bad experience at the B of A on SE Washington & the customer service was night & day.

My dealings with the staff are great: supportive and accommodating. Wait time can be moderate to abysmal, as they never have enough people on staff to efficiently process the number of customers at this location. You can go to another B of A branch a half mile away and they have 2 to 3 times as many staff on the floor; it's confusing. If you want to talk to a loan officer (admin), you now have to make an appointment.
