Great service, fair prices. This place is not as "polished' as some oil change places. Waiting room is adequate, always clean and neat. There is a place to charge your phone, not sure about wifi. BUT, they have been at that location for almost 30 years. I now live close to their location, but I used to drive 7 miles to go there because I trust their work. So now that it is convenient, it is great. You might pay more, but you won't get better product or better service. For oil change, I never wait more than 20 minutes. They also sale tires and do exhaust service; they do radiator flush and service AC. Nice friendly people.

I've taken my car here for repairs twice. Each time, they've gotten it back to me quickly. Most recently, I dropped my van off to get the whole oil intake housing changed, and they called me back in only two hours to come pick it up. Bob was extremely thorough with my oil leak repairs and took time to show me the parts and what he had to do. Their pricing was less expensive than other businesses I called for the same repair. Highly recommended.

I have had really great experiences at this shop. The owners are on site every day providing a very personalized experience. They never try to push you or oversell. I tryst that recommended work is actually required. I find their pricing to be very reasonable. They have replaced my brakes, my tires, and have probably performed 25 to 30 oil changes for me. Highly recommend.

I’ve always took my card to Quick Change. I trust the owners and their Mechanics.They do really good work and they don’t do anything unnecessary unless they ask you first. We have been doing business with them for over 10 years and I highly recommend them to work on all your vehicles.

I was told by my husband to check this place out after Luke’s alignment in Chesterton in messed up my car. I was scared obviously at first because of my experience. But 10/10 service for quick change in portage I’ll be back for a brake job

I recommend going here for an oil change anytime. They were quick knowledgeable and very courteous. At most oil change places I cringe when there are more than 2 people ahead of me because I know I'm going to be there for while. Not here there was 4 people ahead of me and was oil change was done within a 15 minute wait. The inside was clean and they a slushy machine I mean who does that?

Place is pretty good, price is on point with other places. I take my 2019 Pacifica there for oil changes and tire repairs. They have also serviced my 2003 Rubicon which I normally would not take anywhere for an oil change land would just do myself but I need my fittings greased. They hit all 15 as I requested so thank you and good job. Will definitely go back.

We were stranded with a brake issue, they made a point to get us in quickly. I was expecting a crazy big bill and it came back very affordable. Thank you so much for your quality and honesty!!

Out of Blair Nebraska heading to Cleveland Ohio with my chevy 2500 pulling a trailer weighing in at 22 thousand pounds. Pulled in here because the valve stim started leaking on the right rear tire. They had just closed the doors and they didn't hesitate to help me. Opened them up turned everything back on and got it fixed and me back on the road in less then fifteen minutes. And for a good price also. Will definitely give a five star rating. Fast. Professional. And great pricing. Great place. Thank you all again.

Had a situation this morning where I was at work in downtown Chicago and my wife was at home in Portage with our newborn, 3-year-old and mini van with a dead battery. I called Quick Change, explained the issue and they were at our house in minutes jumping the vehicle, driving it to the shop and installing a new battery. The issue is now resolved very much to our satisfaction and I'm more than happy to put in a good word for this business.

I had them chase down a wiring gremlin on my 2002 Regal. Their tech Mark was able to get it fixed up and the car hasn't had an issue since! Mark is a great guy and knows his stuff!

Was very quick and painless. A little more than I would've liked to pay for what I had done, but cant complain. Got my car fast and even got updates throughout the process.

I called them and they said come on in right away! This is after calling Walmart and them still not doing oil changes, and it is 6-18-2020 really? I know where I will continue to go from here on out, they are friendly, fast and reliable!!!!

Got my car in the garage at 4:20 for an oil change and they had it out by 4:40. Plus they changed my washer fluid without charging me. Great experience.

Go here for oil changes on all of my vehicles. Mechanics are friendly and owner / manager are great. I have had 0 problems in 20 years of bringing my vehicles here.

They were great! Professionals. And they were QUICK! Literally, like a 10 minute oil change! Full synthetic oil change for my vehicle was $64.
