Andy Ng is an extremely insightful and helpful loan officer! I just closed on my first home with him and couldn't be happier. He explained in clear terms what my options were and even helped me find a loan that made the mortgage super manageable in my situation. I was going with another lender originally but after issue after issue, and with 3 weeks till closing, Andy was able to get everything squared away. Brad Bacon was amazing, our situation is a little unique. It took a lot of work for us to get our home loan because of or situation and Brad worked with us throughout the whole process. He went the extra mile and always had a great attitude. Anytime I had a question or needed to submit more paperwork he would walk me through it.
