Always a great cut here, both hair and beards. Reggie will cut it how you want it and make sure it's right before you leave. Typical Barber shop atmosphere and the new spot is more centralized and convenient. They take walk-ins but we like to have our appointment to save our spot. Either way it's always worth the wait and usually great conversation while both waiting and in the chair. The new spot is much more intimate and makes it easier for everyone to join in on the conversation.

This was my first time coming to this barber shop. Q did an awesome job on my boys hair. My youngest won't stop talking about his lightening stripes on the sides of his head. The fades are Fire 🔥
My youngest is talking about his next hair do with Q. There was also another gentleman in the barber shop that was working and he was so kind and so nice to talk too. I was listening in on a conversation that had some political talk with his particular client and he handled that situation with such grace and ease. Q was so patient with my youngest. My youngest loves to talk and Q handled that so well. Even tho my boy was talking his ear off. Hahaha.. when we walked in Q was cutting another little boy's hair and Q was so good with him as well. My oldest boy is sometimes hard to please when it comes to his hair and he is definitely wanting to come back. Which is a really great compliment. I look forward to bringing my boys back and so excited to see what Q has in store again for my boys. Thank you Q for your kindness,patience, creativity, and the jokes. We look forward to booking with you again very soon.

Reggie is the only barber who has cut my hair since i started going to headz up and it’s safe to say that he does a phenomenal job. You aren’t getting a quick haircut just to be rushed out the door when you go to headz up. Your barber cares about your cut and takes time to make it look amazing. 10/10 Recommend Headz Up

The workers are efficient and reliable they listen to your requests! If available I recommend Rachel really good employee and has consistently cut my hair to perfection 10/10 up and coming barber shop

I have been going to HeadzUp for a little over 2 years now! And I have had nothing but good haircuts & Laughs every-time I go. This is a family not just a barber shop! Everyone is more than equal once you step foot into this barbershop. I get the same cut " I need a bald fade " And Reggie instantly knows when I walk in! Big shoutout to Isaac & the other barbers! i have not had any cuts by them but have seen them in action! And they are a strong team of cutters! I will never cheat on my barber! Hes too good.

Look if you want a professional detail oriented hair cut. This is the place. You can go to any other place and get a boring haircut but you know if you go here you are getting quality service and a perfect cut. I would recommend this barber to any man or even young boy for a hair cut. I can’t say enough good about this place.

They gave me such a nice fade, and walk ins are allowed to which is really helpful if you are busy. It is also not that pricey too. My haircut was $25. I highly recommend this place if you need a good hair cut.

Going from one place to another traveling from North to south as a marketing manager. I was able to give one barbershop a try since a friend of mine worked there, long story short friend wasn’t at work and I ended up sitting in a chair that I regretted getting in. After looking at the cut that I was giving I got up calmly and removed myself from the situation. I called up Reg, at Heads up with a wallet and a prayer hoping he could fix what was done to my head. Stepped into heads up wanting to hear that he could fix it. Reg is a professional that knows what to do. Fixed everything done wrong on my head, fixed my beard, and had me leaving happy and feeling clean. Having the confidence to get back to work and prep from my meeting within the next day or two. Best barber shop for African American hair in the county by far.
Even for other hair I've seen some great caucasian cuts there as well.
Fun warm environment. Owner is friendly and open to conversations.

I'm more than happy with the experience I had today with my teenager and 5 year old! Their hair looks great and more than the fact I love it THEY do as well! So glad I found this place in Indiana. I've been waiting for a place just like this for my boys!
