Had a wonderful experience here! A friend and I made a last minute appointment and the nail artist not only did an amazing job but they even stayed open a bit longer just for us. Tina did my nails and they turned out just how I pictured them. A great clean, calming environment with a kind team :)

The best nail salon in town. I’ve been everywhere and nowhere compares to the care and skill these ladies show their customers. The quality is consistent so I can relax knowing I’m getting the best at the best price too. I won’t go anywhere else! A regular pedicure lasts me for the whole month. Wow! Love it here. Clean, relaxing, cute environment and best, friendly, professional nail artists ever.

Great place to get pampered! If you're looking for a great pedicure, try the deluxe. We'll worth it!! I've been getting my pedicure and manicure here for 3 years. Have never been disappointed! Staff are always pleasant! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect nails every time! I like natural nails and deluxe pedicures. They do all the current nail trends for those interested. Most importantly they are very professional, clean, and polite staff. You can now have the convenience of making appointments online. I highly recommend this family owned nails salon.

I've been going to New Identity for a couple months now and I couldn't be happier! They do amazing work and are so friendly. Sad that I'm moving from Portland and won't be able to go to them anymore, but I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

It's $50 but this is one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. Long message, callus removal, salt scrub, wax, and hot stone massage. She's been at it an hour, just now putting polish on. Definitely not a rushed job.

An excellent salon for "dip" manicures. Tina always delivers! She is fastidious and detailed... giving each of my nails a thorough treatment at each stage of the process. I'm impressed with the wide array of dip colors offered... and the price of things is quite reasonable ... A shout out to Amy. She's great as well!

Got gel nails and regular polish for toes for $65. Seemed better than expected for the neighborhood. Great service, comfortable and easy, to get in.

After neglecting my pretty little hands for the last month or so, I want to say that hands down, Sue is the best employee they have working there. I’ve been here numerous times over the last 10 years. Her attention to detail and the time spent on what “I thought would be a simple manicure,” turned out to be Sue basically having to put in quite a bit of work. Also, while I was sitting there after my pedicure, letting my freshly painted toes dry, I left my $200.00 pair of RayBan sunglasses there, and I didn’t even realize it until almost two days later. Anyone could have snatched these beauties up! However, I called the shop in a panic when I realized they were missing from my purse and sure enough they were there waiting for me. Thank you for your honesty New Identity! It means the world to me… I had no business buying a pair of $200 sunglasses to begin with! Xoxxo

The comfort and special care they give with pedicures, and the attention given to exactly what I want, along with the way my nails hold up impeccably between visits keeps me coming back. Tina is the best nail tech I’ve had! My acrylics hardly ever lift between fills and she can usually get me in same-day if I forget to schedule in advance. Super fair price, too!

Tony is the best! I get ingrown toenail’s and he is so gentle when removing them that I virtually cannot tell it’s happening. I’ve been here two times now and am so lucky to have found Tony immediately. Some places will avoid helping ingrown toenail’s, or if they do try to remove them it hurts - not here, not Tony. He is patient and so lovely. I recently moved to the area and will be coming back to see Tony regularly. THANK YOU, TONY!!!
