Ashley was in training and she was actually great. Provided amazing customer service, was very friendly and also very helpful. Her manager was also super nice and he was very helpful as well. They had a few employees that helped me look for a missing shoe I wanted to buy and then price matched when I found it cheaper on the sellers site. Saved me some money.

5 star for its environment and for its community and there was not too much people online easy to find stuff areas for clear where and where they weren't.

I came in to get help on an online order and before I could even finish my question the CS team already knew what I wanted and I was in and out in 5min. Oh and the CS lead was training a cashier while helping me. Thank you for the great service!

My wife and I purchased bikes for ourselves here. I was determined to get the cheapest options. the staff were amazingly knowledgeable; and after they explained some of the features and equipment I decided to get one little better. Super happy I did. Brody was one of the employees who helped us, and I just want to give him a shout out for being really cool and taking the time to explain the nuances of the bikes

Eric in the shoe department is phenomenal! I have been having some knee pain, and he pointed me to the right shoe and best over the counter inserts. Really grateful for my experience and think anyone who is struggling to find the right running shoe should speak with him.

This is a good place to go get a lot of sporting good things I got some folding rocking chairs here last season they’re pretty awesome.

The store has a big selection of outdoor gear and apparel. They sell large ticket items like rafts and pretty serious outdoor stuff upstairs.

Go see Eric in shoes if you any feet issues. He has specialized orthotic experience and his customer service matches. Service beyond what a big box store deserves.

The young man working customer service yesterday at open was super sweet! I had to return a pair of shoes I bought last week that were too big. He checked if other stores had them in my size and was just really sweet and helpful. When we walked up when it was our turn in line he thanked us for waiting and it’s just service like that that makes me smile. Also this location has a HUGE selection of shoes and clothes. When I was here last week I was shopping for my birthday and got a lot of really cute stuff. They also have a pretty good selection of clothes on the various clearance racks

From the phone call I made checking stock availability to the moment the box was put in our truck was nothing short of amazing. The website said 1 in stock but that it was the floor model. That could've been the end and I would have moved on to the next avenue. Ben at the Washington Square store went to the next level and found that the floor model hadn't been assembled yet which meant that we could buy it. We put it on hold and drove down the next day from Salem. We got into the store and Sophia was welcoming and immediately found our item. She was very informative and helpful and offered the credit card especially because of the extra promotions they had which offered great customer incentives. Even though we declined the offer to apply, her approach and obvious knowledge was very clear and professional. Brenden and Eric were so helpful and got the extra large 400lb box safely and quickly into our truck while also politely introducing a survey QR code which made it effortless for us to show how happy we are with our service. Thank you again to Ben, Sophia, Brenden and Eric. We appreciate you and will continue to shop with your store from now on.

Prices are definitely on the higher end, but the selection is unmatched. Got my son the soccer gear he needed for the season that he was completely happy with. Had everything in stock unlike other stores.

Javier was super helpful with advice on breaking in my son's new glove. He also found us a screwdriver so we could attach the chin guard to his new helmet

This store has an amazing staff. They have been helpful in the extreme.

It started when I came back from Alaska and didnt quite get my pedals screwed back into my bike properly. I stripped the crank. So I took my bike to this store, but the main bike guy was away on a family matter so it had to wait. No problem, I had a loaner bike.

I got the bike back, the bike tech had re threaded the crank and I was good to go. I rode on it like that but the same problem cropped up, the pedal was getting farther and farther off center.

So I took it back to the store, and this is where these guys really started to win me. Within about 3 hours I got a call saying that my bike was finished and was ready to be picked up. They had put a whole new set of cranks on for me and only charged me labor for my troubles. I will never take my work elsewhere if I can help it. A few days ago I bought a set of new clip pedals and shoes, and the section manager installed them for me on the spot. Very happy with them. Just today I took my rear tire there for a new tube and the bike tech happily installed me a new tube as I waited (had to buy the tube of course. I picked up a screw).
