Please, please, please do not go through this company. They are the most shady company you could possibly work with. She will raise the purchase price of the home when the inspection comes back and says something needs repaired such as a (roof), because replacing a roof makes the home $4000 more dollars worth it.She will also cover any and everything up she can so when you move in the home you have to pay for rooted joist and replacing your floors and jacking a house up to replace a beam, and then lie and say the floor where in perfect condition after she lays new floor to cover up the problem. That's not even the bad part, after she has done this she will then spit in your face and say OH well it's not my problem and totally disrespect you and be rude to you. So I am once again begging you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
