I had a flooded basement from a winter storm that broke pipes and ruined every appliance in the basement. Bluffton Plumbing was the only local service that responded. They helped guide me thru the insurance and repair steps. They provided me timely quotes and followed up with me regularly thru out the entire process. Their team was friendly and professional from the technicians to the office coordinators. I highly recommend them.

I called in to see about having this company out to fix my furnace and they were able to come out that day. The guys were very polite and professional and did a great job! They have reasonable prices as well. Definitely recommend this company!

Called them to fix a dryer vent duct that had come apart. They partially fixed the duct, but it was not correct. The duct was cut too short and was not fully engaged into the roof vent allowing the dryer air to partially escape into my attic. I called and left a message for boss and also sent an email with a photo of the completed work at the receptionists request. 2 weeks later I have not received a response. Very disappointing!
Update on 12-16-20: They came out and fixed the vent correctly. They even offered a refund (I won't say how much), but I declined. I wasn't looking for a free repair, only a quality repair. They fixed it right and iI am pleased with the work. I changed the review based on the final result, which is a 5. Thanks BPH&E!

Called at 8am and had someone to my house by 1pm on the same day. Great, quality service. They got the job done in a little over 2 hours and everything is working great! Would for sure reccommend

I’ve had Chad service my furnace for the past 9 years. He has gone over and beyond to fit me in when my furnace has quit working. Excellent service and great rates. I would trust him in my home without being there which is very important to me since I work full time.

I've had two water heaters put in (different locations), new boiler system, and bathroom vents ran out of the roof and they did an excellent job. Great communication and came back and checked things out when I had questions. Would recommend.

Called to get my water heater fixed because it was leaking from the bottom and Chad showed me it was actually leaking from the tank! He went to the shop and got us a new one and had it changed out in no time. He saved our home from any extra damage it could have caused! A HUGE shout out to Bluffton Plumbing Heating and Electric!
