Brandon came out (after only 30 min wait.. in an ice storm) to consult on a broken pipe in my tankless h2o heater. He said the whole unit was toast and he didn’t have availability for a few weeks. He gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which I thought was courteous and unexpected.

After calling 20 other plumbers, no one else had time either so I texted him and asked for a quote and said I’d wait the weeks/month. By some miracle he cleared a day, found a new unit and all the parts and was back to do the work in 24 hours.

I checked up on the prices he quoted for the unit, parts, etc and everything was by the book. No markups or hidden fees, a totally fair a reasonable cost for the job.

And he was very nice and happy to explain everything along the way.

I had a man excellent experience with BP Plumbing. Every interaction was very professional and I could tell Brandon knew what he was doing. He advised me on what he thought would be best for our situation but wasn’t pushy or recommending things we didn’t need. He caught some incorrect duct work from the previous water heater install, and even went back to the store to pick up the correct materials when he came to install instead of trying to force something incorrect into place. His rates were reasonable, he was timely, he didn’t mark up materials, and he is a friendly guy that is easy to talk to. The only negative I can think of was there was a little over a weeks wait to get our water heater installed but I think all the trades are slammed right now so it didn’t bother us. I highly recommend BP Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I researched re-pipe plumbing specialists for 24 days and I am SUPER glad I picked BP Plumbing. Our job was a sink and tub/show conversion from 1962 galvanized pipe to PEX. They were on-time, professional in communication, knowledgeable, and most of all did a fantastic job. Brandon did a fantastic job repiping my 50 year old duplex! He also jumped in early to fix the water heater that started leaking as soon as it heard it was being replaced.

Our water main broke after an ice storm and Brandon came out the very next morning and jumped it with our garden hose so we have water again until we can get it repaired. He's our hero.

Brandon did a fantastic job on replacing all of our galvanized iron supply lines. Was very patient as we asked a lot of questions and guided us in what we would need to provide to him. We'll definitely use him again and pass along his name to our friends and family!

Brandon is a top notch plumber. I have looked high and low for someone like him. It is super hard to find a great plumber. Would never call anyone else.
