10 years ago I loved this place. Now it's all messed up.
I had a bill I was never charged for and on a visit as I checked in I was taken to the back and told I had a bill. I said I was never informed of a bill. Well it turns out that it had just came out the day before, AFTER insurance paid it's portion. I was so upset at this I left. I have ALWAYS paid my bills and they treated me poorly. I wish that I had not experienced this because I have been going here for so long. I just can't get past the way I was treated. There was more to the situation, it was an on going issue. The customer service had such bad attitudes and acted inappropriately. I had to move on to another dermatologist unfortunately.
Also...
While in the room the people just walk in and out while you're unclothed and that's pretty uncomfortable also. My husband and I both had different situations with this issue.

This clinic is a a mess. My experience as a patient was disappointing & seemed to be all about the profit and not about the quality of care. Additionally, the horror stories I’ve heard from the handful of people I know that work for Dr. Hull portray her as extremely unstable and unprofessional. my daughter and I both switched to Ozark Dermatology and have been thrilled with the care we have received thus far.

She and her assistant were insanely awkward and impersonal. I needed a full body check and have been getting them all my life and this was the most uncomfortable appointment I have ever had. They also didn't tell me that it wasn't covered by my bcbs insurance for some reason
