Premier Dermatology at Bella Vista

I must brag on this facility. It was my first time visiting and I felt like I had known the entire staff all my life. From the moment I walked in the door, until the moment I, left they were beyond kind, caring, and polite. I was given the chance to ask any questions I had and they were answered in great detail making sure I understood everything. I was so comfortable with the dermatologist and the assistant. The entire office and lobby was beyond spotless, and beautifully decorated, what an inviting space. Thanks Premier Dermatology for such a great visit.

Always professional and take such great care. Never feel rushed. Had a Melanoma spot - got it taken care of quickly. They even found a spot on my inner ear. They are the best!

Dr Eric Belin and his assistant were awesome…prompt, professional and very thorough. I felt very much at ease during my appointment. Front desk employees were also friendly and welcoming. I have been to the Bella Vista location several times…great location!

All the staff were great from reception area to physician's assistant to the Doctor. I was in and out in record time but still took the time to explain issues if needed. Even sent me a coupon for the prescription I received since my insurance did not cover all of it. Would highly recommend.

Dr Williams and Staff are wonderful to the patients! Make you feel like they really do care about you! Also very knowledgeable and professional. Explain procedures thoroughly. Do excellent work! I would give TEN STARS if I could!

I did see Dr. Book with Premier for a full check up and she was very good by telling me not only what she was looking for, but what she was finding. Any questions I had she answered so I could fully understand and know what was going on with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Book.

Professional first visit. Staff was friendly and focused. Building was bright and clean. Did not rush the exam and made sure I had no question. A huge upgrade over the other provider in town based on my experience. I would highly recommend based on this initial visit experience.

Dr. Allen is the absolute BEST! She’s professional, kind, caring, plus talks to you like a friend. She’s removed several cancer/pre-cancer spots from by face and you can’t even see any scars. Highly recommend Dr. Allen!

I can’t say enough about Dr Eric Belin. Out of any speciality of physicians I have had/seen, he is my favorite! I feel like I’m chatting with a friend when I see him, not a doctor. That’s how at ease he makes you feel. I hear it with his other patients too if he walks them out to the waiting room. Takes a special kind of person to make you feel special as a person, not just a patient .

As always, my yearly visit with Dr. Williams and his nurse is the best. They always answer all my questions and treat me with total respect. The front office is very nice also.

I was amazed to get a same day appointment and got in with hardly any wait. Dr. Eric was very good, took plenty of time, listened, and gave me lots of good information. I'll definitely return.

They send reminders of your appointment a few days before. Very polite when you get there and get you checked in. And I barely sat down and was called in for my appointment with Dr. book. She was very nice very professional and knowledgeable. It was a great visit. And my second visit was also excellent!!

Friendly staff at check in. I was seen promptly upon arrival. Dr. Allen was thorough and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Belin and Joyce provided excellent care for my procedures. First, he explained everything he was going to do, then he made sure I was comfortable and not in pain for the procedures. Joyce explained the aftercare thoroughly. They were also friendly and kept me distracted with conversation during the procedures. I would highly recommend this physician and practice.

I recently relocated to NWA and I was looking for recommendations for a dermatologist. This practice had glowing reviews and was recommended by several of my friends and neighbors. Although we had a brief miscommunication while trying to make an appointment, they worked everything out lived up to their reputation from that point forward.

Efficient. Competent. Consummately thorough exam. Stellar communication & follow-up re appt reminders as well as post exam results. Simply, Premier is the "Paragon of Perfection" in every regard. Without exception. Most noteworthy, was the professionalism; genuine concern; dermatoligical knowledge; and skill sets exemplified by. Dr. Book. A true "Hallmark" in the dermatology arena.
