Chasity Martin has been the most amazing realtor! She is very good at her job and answered any questions we had. If she wasn't sure on an answer, she'd work until she found the answer! She was also very relatable and just had a great personality. We were very nervous about the entire process as we are lower income and needed some advice along the way. But she made everything go so smoothly and talked us through everything. Not once did she look down on us or pass judgement. She was everything we needed to get where we wanted to be!

They have listings with amazing views, they must have used drone photographers. Their descriptions of the homes and property are on point. A special "Thank you" goes out to our realtor, John Jones, of John Jones homes for taking care of all our needs. We will use you again next year to sell and buy our homes.

I would never recommend Don Richardson with Fathom Realty in Bentonville. We listed our parents' home with him as the broker and Sarah as the agent. The house was only on the MLS for 1 day because they said there were buyers and they had a contract. The property was to stay on the MLS list but was removed. When I asked for a copy of the contract several months later it was non-existent. He, of course, represented the buyers as well. We feel like we were scammed by him and stuck in a year long contract, in which time they never did what they said they would do for marketing. It was as if he had a personal vendetta against our family with his lying about the buyers and being strung along, basically for 8 months. Finally the agent saw what Don was doing and left to work for a different Fathom Realty in Rogers. Glad she got out when she did. And no, the house never sold!! Horrible, unethical, lousy realtor never to be recommended!

I put in a full price offer from a different company and got declined. I can't prove it but I'm pretty sure they told others what I offered in order to beat my offer and be both buyer and sellers agent in order to double their commission.

Appears that these people are screwing sellers one listing at a time, they listed and then pulled it as pending within 45 mins or so of listing, so someone bought the place at a lower price instead of taking offers and selling it to the best offer, the state should be looking into these guys
