Best place to ship with!

I was *guaranteed* delivery of my customer's part by today, 5 days after original estimated delivery. It did not show up, no one answers the phone at any location but HQ (which is closed at 6 est), and my customer and myself are both losing money. Absolutely terrible service. Pay the extra $50 and use a real carrier!!

Very bad delivery
They say they coudnt find my address
And made problems when I got a hold of 3rd party to take care of my shipment they told him that they came and we weren't home. I was there the whole day waiting for the shipment
They are changing their story keep lying to cover their as... Hope I never go thru this company again . Never experienced such bad customer service oh and a worker Christine is very rude and her manager never called me . To busy to assist the customers. I tried calling managers manager it went to voice mail we will see if he calls back
And the First Lady that I was talking to didn't help and that's when I called back and was talking to Christine very very rude lady
Then the First Lady called me and asked me why I am calling the company in a very rude voice anyone no one helped at this location now waiting for them to call me since the third party called them and took care of it

Terrible! Call customer Service - 20 minute hold before even getting someone on the phone due to higher than normal call volume. My shipping has apparently been riding around in their truck for 9 days.

Very rude lady answering the phone. Expecting the delivery but never happened. I have to call in to set up the appointment. First they guy picked up the phone but unable to reasonably answer the question then suddenly switched the line so someone else trying to explain instead. She explained in ways that didnt make sense and keep jumping in when I was talking. Loud voicw and very rude.

What a joke!!! Supposedly my package is still on a loading dock but they don't know what dock it's on. This is the worst shipping company I've ever delt with!!!! Use FedEx or ups!!!! This place is terrible.
