I’m having to write this on another’s phone, but I came into Aspen with my current dentistry unavailable to see me at the time quickly. I had some concerning mouth pain behind my teeth and worries about my gum health all while I was going in for an exam this day. The moment I entered the clinic, one of the amazing staff, Trisha, had greeted me by my name in expectation of my appointment. From X-rays to the exam room, every member was tremendously kind and personable where your concerns are truly listened to and taken care of. Aspen has a great plan to save money if non-insurance is your worry or you’re needing to save extra. Aspen I believe is more affordable compared to others places I’ve been too/seen, and their professionalism will give you the answers and the right course of action for your own dental health. Many providers can absolutely meet your needs, Aspen makes it affordable all while making you comfortable and taken care of.

Dr. Diamond was filling in today and my husband and I both loved her. She was running from room to room but we never felt like we didn't have her full attention. She was very sweet, professional and caring. I had a filling and my husband had a crown.

First let my say that I have never written a review before. My previous experiences at other dentists were awful, having teeth pulled and numerous root canals to get partials only to have the root canals not work. 6 months and thousands upon thousands of dollars later I'd have to go back have more teeth pulled and the partials redone numerous times ( all the while when I asked for dentures) I felt totally ripped off !! Because I was !! Dumped them and went to Aspen Dental in Rogers Ar and let me tell you that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The girls there are simply GREAT !! Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a dentist. I now have a wonderful set of dentures and I'm not afraid to smile anymore and not 1 bit of pain during the entire process. THANK YOU to all the ladies at Aspen Dental !!

The staff is ALWAYS very kind and thorough. They take their time and make sure things are set to go before they start. I had some teeth removed and felt absolutely NO pain the entire procedure. I had some issues with the fit of a denture on a Saturday morning before a waitressing shift and they squeezed me in to make the denture fit amazingly and without any pain! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

Courteous and competent staff. I came in to get a tooth extraction. Thankfully they were open on a Saturday. The tooth was absolutely painful. The overall experience was excellent and I plan on returning. I don't know many people who like going to the dentist, but going here, it's not so bad. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and took the time to explain thing in detail. Thank you!

From getting the information filled out, then the exray's, to the doctor exam and instruction to the lady who helped me get financing.
The total visit was over and above all I expected.
The prices are wonderful and affordable.
Overall, a great experience and absolutely a wonderful staff.
Can hardly wait for my appointments. 💝💝💝💝💝
Saying that, I now will not be using their services any longer.
After now 5/6 months I'm receiving charges that was not in the agreement. My insurance paid for part and I took out a loan for the remainder.
But now I've received two bills of over $160. This is not good business. I'm on a fixed income and could barely even do what I have already done.
The employees are wonderful. But there going to need to fix this.

Friendly and professional service is the feel of Aspen dental. I have only had some of the first steps done on my dental work and I am not sure of the outcome just yet on denture work for my son and me. I will try to do another review about the finished product.

I had agreat experience at Aspen Dental in Rogers. They were friendly, courteous, timely and repaired my dentures in 45 minutes. I totally give them 5 put of 5 star rating!

Appointment setting was easy, I needed an extraction. For the procedure I got Dr. Diamond and she was absolutely awesome....great Dentist.

Got me in same day I called. Staff has excellent customer service. My dentist was amazing and fast. Price was affordable

Excellent and fast service! They allow all the bookings online so you don’t waste time in calling, waiting and sometimes no response. I can make appointment as early as next week while it takes a couple of months in others. I was greeted and served in minutes after check-in. Dr. Diamond, Mrs. Lenlie are so patient, care and friendly. Highly recommend!

I started on the path to replacing my teeth with dentures today at Aspen Dental. I was surprised by the number of other patients that were also happily using Aspen Dental. The staff worked through it all cheerfully and deliberately. The dental tech's ensured both my x-rays and impressions were top notch and verified by the doctor before proceeding. The practice manager bent over backward to give me all of the alternatives and costs, in writing. I am 70 now, and I require a lot of explanation. In all the costs were actually $300 dollars lower than quoted by other dental firms and the financing was the same as my USAA percentages. I am very happy!

Everyone in the office was super helpful, courteous, encouraging, and more. They made the visit as painless as they could, helped me with financing to afford my treatment plan (since I am without dental insurance), explained everything to my understanding, and so much more. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

All the staff were extremely nice. The insurance lady even gave me a hug. The lady who did the impressions was very sweet and kind. The receptionist greeted me warmly. I am frightened of any dental work since in the past all the work I have had done has either been, very painful are very shotty. Dry sockets, sinus gland, infection, teeth were only one of the two root canals on the two were fixed. Twice. I am trying to be optimistic about this being done. So far so good.

I have never been to a dentist and been so heard and cared for!!! From the front desk check in, to X-rays, to the hygienist and dentist this place is phenomenal!! I could not have been happier leaving there today!! I finally have a treatment plan and I am happy and getting started right away!! Dr Jess is phenomenal and Trish is just the best!!

Extremely nice receptionist and all the office workers the dentist and their help is also very good would recommend to anyone just got my new ones today in it's kind of hard getting used to him but they're turning out to be excellent five stars would give more if I could
