The people working at this Pharmacy are second to none! I would recommend this Pharmacy to everyone. They have gone the extra mile for us while we were dealing with new insurance and prior authorizations. They always looked for the most cost effective way for us to get our medications and made some suggestions that saved us a lot of money. They greet me by name every time I am there and always have a smile for me ( I see them behind those masks ). Seriously though, they are a top notch group of people there and are always looking out for their customers.

The technicians and pharmacists have been so helpful while I’ve been dealing with insurance issues. They’ve been making sure I can get my medications at an affordable price. The girls are also very friendly, I love them!

They have really changed ... They use to be lets just say.Unfriendly and be super slow ... Now they are amazing the team is awesomely friendly and a a lot faster ... Love love the pharmacy now ....

The pharmacist's assistant literally sneered at me when I couldn't afford the $250+ prescription and asked to have it split in half (picking up the second half at a later date). This is common practice at other pharmacies I've frequented, but here I was made to feel embarrassed for my lack of funds.

The pharmacist himself then proceeded to loudly list off the (potentially humiliating) side effects while 10-15 feet away from me in a crowded store.

Unorganized. Can’t get prescriptions from the dr calls right. Will not get the best prices. In fact they won’t even check for the lowest prices. My advice is Walmart pharmacy (at least Bluffton Indiana) is the very last place to get medication

Didn't scan one of my mom's prescriptions she got a letter in the mail saying she owed $24.00 of course it's my mom's fault never theirs idiots
