Hampton Inn Bentonville/Rogers

We were warmly greeted by the super friendly woman at the desk. The room was clean and peaceful. The bed was a little hard but not bad for a night. Breakfast was cheese omelettes, bacon, blueberry scones, bagels, tea, juice, cereal, and fruit for our family. We left full and happy, sent off by the same cheery desk clerk.

For a 3 diamond hotel (AAA) it’s great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Lots of amenities, like drawers in the room, hooks on the wall, etc!

Clean rooms. Great staff. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. My only complaint would be some traffic noise. It was a Saturday night and it's a busy area. That was no longer a problem once the traffic died down. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, location, and staff! I wish all hotels were as good as this one. Anyone who leaves a bad review here cannot be pleased. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Very nice place to stay. I enjoyed my stay here very much. And I don't always have breakfast when I stay at a hotel even if it's offered. I have to say that they had a amazing breakfast lots of things to choose from and everything was delicious . The rooms were clean and well stocked . There are plenty of restaurants local locally accessible to the hotel for your convenience. An excellent punt of choices of food to choose from. There is lots of places to shop locally for whatever you may find yourself in need of.

Room was clean and had a nice bathroom layout I don’t see often. There was a cute bulldog folded out of towels on the bed. There were ear plugs on the bedside table if you needed them. Haven’t gotten to breakfast yet.

I just want to extend a very big thank you to the staff at this property
After spending the weekend with my spouse there I accidentally left a very expensive pair of ear buds that had fallen out of my bag and rolled under the bed, I didn't realize it until we got back home and unpacked, I attempted to contact the front desk and there was a problem with the phones at that time, I emailed the hotel and explained my mistake, the staff was able to find the earbuds under the bed and the house keeper had turned them in, they packaged them up and overnighted them to my house the next day.
My point to this is in this day and age , there are still good , honest people and this, along with the fact that we have stayed here many times before and we have always been treated great and the service has always been impeccable, hats off to the entire staff at the Hampton Inn Rogers

One of the best experiences at a hotel. We were in town for the shinedown concert and wanted to stay overnight. I booked in advance. We wanted ice cream and unfortunately everything was closed but they had a snack shop with ice cream. Perfect. And blackout curtains. And it was so nice and quiet, we woke up at 9 am and I though it was the middle of the night. And a great breakfast. And checkout wasn't till noon. I loved that the waffle maker made mini waffles. And so many options. The mini scones were delicious.

Situated off of I49 & Hwy 71, this Hampton Inn is in an easy and accessible location. Within minutes, there is a Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Braum's, Red Robin, and so much more. They have a hot breakfast which includes coffee, eggs, bacon, and waffles. The rooms are clean and the staff goes above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Arkansas.

Check in and check out were super easy. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with many restaurants and stores close by, and only a short drive from the Bentonville Square. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

The Hampton was very clean and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome and the hotel let us use their lobby to let all the JONES family meet!

Excellent hotel, everything seemed high quality. Accomodating and friendly staff, everything was spotless and clean, extremely comfortable beds, large room, Plenty of desk & dresser counter space to sit things on and to put things away. Coffee and complimentary breakfast was great, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, danish, fruit, coffee and juices (I'm sure I forgot something.). Everything is excellent, we were extremely comfortable in our room and it was very private and quiet and we could tell they did try to sound proof walls because someone nextdoor had children and while we could faintly hear them it was very muffled and not bad at all. From the hooks on the wall to hang a robe or your purse, to the large closet space, and the two-part privacy and light blocking blinds, the room was very comfortable, and enjoyable. I would definitely return, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was perfect. Very clean room and very comfortable bed. We visited the pool area. The pool was clean and inviting. It was cold outside, but very warm in the pool area. Lobby was also very clean and comfortable. Those working in lobby were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options to pick from.
We will definitely be staying here again

Wonderful hotel , we enjoyed it greatly and will definitely use it every time we are in Bentonville!
Very friendly front desk staff (we saw lots of different shifts and all were helpful and kind), great breakfast food and food service staff, Paula and Miguel and Amber were all great ... I have never ever had food staff at the free breakfast come around and ask how everything is and actually care about whether I'm enjoying the food!
Sarah at front desk remembered who we were (visiting new grandchild) after only meeting us once briefly.
Clean rooms, fantastic walk in shower!! The best hotel shower we have ever had (lots of traveling, we aren't young LOL). Only wish the chairs in room were a little more comfy. But bed was great, a/c works extremely well and actually goes to the temperature you set it to. 😃
All in all a VERY pleasant experience, recommend highly.

Room was super clean. Staff was really nice. lnside pool area was clean. They had cookies in the afternoon. The rooms are different. But I was told, hotels are going in this direction, it is more modern..... No real closet. Just an area on the wall with a few "short rods" that came out of wall to hang your clothes on. Had plenty of space to hang 3 days worth of clothes for 2 people. Had a few drawers, but not very big. I was told that today's travelers don't really unpack their bags and that's why they are taking away the normal hotel closet and large drawers. Still had an iron and ironing board, coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Getting into parking lot from main road is kind of weird... You have to go through another business to get to the hotel parking lot. Once you figure that out, it's ok. Breakfast was good as well. Would stay here again.

This hotel's rooms were so high quality and clean! The staff that we interacted with at the front desk at night and in the morning were also fantastic. My only complaint is that someone came knocking on our door at 9 am while we were still asleep which was just kind of annoying. I would totally stay here again and I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Very great customer service....clean rooms and overall clean establishment. I booked this hotel in error thinking it was another location. Fortunately for me it was a blessing in disguise. This hotel was cheaper and better than the last one. We will definitely be returning if we need lodging in this area.

The best hotel ever!! Stayed for about two weeks and didn't have a single complaint the whole time. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The thermostat worked perfectly and we didn't hear a single noise the whole time despite them often being super busy. The entirety of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was absolutely amazing and so incredibly friendly at all hours of the day. We could always find a parking spot even on days they were completely booked. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Great location. Very easy and friendly check in. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and the lady who makes the food is a sweetheart. Pool and workout facilities are also very nice. Would stay here again.
