Sorry I am a man of few words. If my wife could write this it would be much more detailed. Unfortunately she has been out of town and let me manage this project by myself.

My floor installation was completed today and I just want to share my experience.

* Very friendly from start to finish.

* Stuck to install estimate as much as possible. There were many hidden damages and issues under the existing flooring. They only changed me a little extra for the labor and cost of the extra materials at their cost.

* No waste from the perfect measurements. Only a few planks left over. Less than one box from a 1,200 sf job.

* Amazing job on the installation. We are in a 50 year old townhouse. Almost every step around the house came on an uneven surface with lots of loud creaking noises. Now it is all even and very quiet.

I’m so thankful for the amazing job at a very reasonable price.

Carrie and Jeramy Webb are truly top notch. They are knowledgable, kind, and helpful. Their storefront is well-kept and full of quality products. Carrie was there each time I went in kindly educating me on all of our flooring choices. When we were deciding on what color we wanted in our home, Jeramy drove 35 mins one direction to bring all of the sample slabs we were interested in so that we could see them in our home. We happily purchased all of our downstairs flooring through Webb — it’s easy to put your money towards a business that treats its customers so well!

You can't find people as knowledgeable anywhere. Great people, Good products and the install on time a great work.

I have been waiting for over a year to hear back from the manufacturer. Supposedly we were going to get right to the bottom of it, never heard anything.. floor will not stay together very unhappy
