Had what I needed and the guy that helped me was very professional and nice.

Good place to go for my truck part needs and sometimes things for my motorcycle, like batteries and oil.

They always have my parts I need

Very good customer service. They didn't have the battery I needed for my mower, but they made every effort to cross reference for me. Didn't catch the ladies name, but I really appreciated her efforts.

Early Saturday phoned the Pea Ridge store and explained I need a parts list filled and would would be forwarding the same list and cost total and his name to person paying for the list of parts and friend coming to pick up order for me ...Johnny said the trans filter could be delivered to his location by 3:00 and I asked how many gallons of trani fluid I would need...he said between 4.5 liters 5litersj and I said charge for the amount I need and he gave me price for al parts and needed fluid..I phoned person paying, and I sent via text the list to everyone involved...total was not figured..a lady took the call and argued that just a filter was all there was in my name....wrong! After 3rd call to them and then to me it was partially handled..they didn't get the amount of fluid correct as Johnny had it all added up correct...needless to say the truck was down because they sent one gallon of trans fluid which is just over 3 liter of fluid...had to wait until store opened Sunday to purchase more fluid..not happy about the run around....Johnny you tried and I thank you...if the other employees had just listened the hastle and waste of our time could have been avoided.....

Had an issue but it was resolved & I received a sincere apology! Always helpful, installed windshield wipers on our motorhome even though it was a very hot day and he kept having to get more tools, ladder etc. Keep up the great work guys😊

Probably one of the best places I've gone to the folks there know what there doing and always have a smile the stores layout makes it easy to navigate

Came in with a worn out spring on my hood latch that prevented it from closing all the way. The guys working came out and offered me help without thinking twice. After about 10 minutes they figured out a way to temporarily fix it. Really appreciative of their service!

Joseph was awesome and actually came out to change a brake light after I bought the bulbs! Such wonderful customer service and great product.
