I recently stayed at Cezere The Palm Hotel in Paje and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern and luxurious feel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests were well taken care of. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the location, with stunning views of the ocean and direct access to the white sandy beach. The hotel also has a lovely pool area and plenty of loungers and umbrellas for relaxing in the sun.

I keep seeing people whom complain about electricity: dear future visitors to Zanzibar, this is an issue that happens all around the island and the country. Its not the hotels fault!!! If a blackout happens, chill and enjoy the beauty of the island- the power will come back. Before going to Africa make sure you get all the informations and understand the situation.

I just finished my vacation 4 days ago at this Great place, 2 min away from Paje beach, restaurants, clubs, shops, ATM.
The breakfast was one of the best i had on the island (and it was included in the room price), delicious food at the restaurant.

Veľmi milý hotel aj personál iba kúsok od pláže. Izby aj bazén každý deň čistý. Strava na veľmi dobrej úrovni pretože majitel je talian. Výborná pizza aj cestoviny. Môžem odporučiť všetkým ktorí sa rozhodujú či majú príst..

Hotel located just a few meters from the sea. Repetitive but plentiful breakfast. Unfortunately, it has serious electrical management issues, causing significant discomfort with the air conditioning, making the room uninhabitable. Unfortunately, the generator is close to the rooms, making it impossible to sleep at night. The generator exhaust pipe vents towards the room windows. Prices for dining within the facility are considerably high compared to beachside establishments. Unfortunately, there is a lot of work to be done.

My boyfriend and I, were initially excited to stay at this place run by fellow Romanians. However, our experience turned out to be far from pleasant. The owner unprofessional behaviour, including derogatory remarks in Romanian to his staff like “stupid and fat” created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Hygiene was a major concern, with a room infested by mosquitoes, resulting in numerous bites, door was broken, not closing properly. The breakfast was subpar, featuring frozen fruits, poorly prepared avocado on dry toast, and a honey bottle infested with dead bees.
Disgusting!!! I couldn’t eat!!

Furthermore, our room lacked a functional fridge, repurposed as a bedside table, preventing us from having cold drinks, same with drinks from the bar! Not cold!! Waiting until past 11 am for the owner to wake up to use the iron on the day of departure was inconvenient.

To top it off, an unexplained £10 charge appeared on our statement, only to be refunded with a dismissive mention of potential mistakes after we reached out.

This experience was thoroughly disappointing, and we would advise potential guests to reconsider their choice. The issues we encountered should be addressed for the sake of future guests.
