I recently visited this bookstore and had a fantastic experience. Despite facing a language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and incredibly helpful. Their patience and eagerness to assist made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I found a beautiful lucky cat figurine that I couldn't resist buying. The highlight of my visit was when one of the staff members kindly walked with me to the tax refund office, ensuring that I had no issues with the process. This level of customer service is rare and highly commendable. I highly recommend this bookstore for anyone looking for great finds and exceptional service. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Warm and cozy and beautifully-lit bookshop, with a shared lounge space where you can purchase an hourly or day pass. I love the magazine collection especially, lots of Japanese magazines. There are also cute cozy seating areas for browsing or reading. The souvenir and handicraft sections are also very exquisite!

Newly opened Japanese bookstore with Louisa coffee, select shop and paid Lounge. Modern decor with a touch of green makes you feel comfortable while reading a book and spending a quality time.

Beautiful design, lightning, selection of books and home products. Coffee bar downstairs, restaurant upstairs. Great place to kill time waiting for a train. Songshan train station is across the street

The most beautiful bookstore in Taipei. Quiet and peacful with well-decorated.

I love the cafe and bookstore combinations. The place is bright and airy. Best part was the TWD$90 an hour before noon on weekdays that you get to drink unlimited coffee/tea and snacks. What a great bargain! You can just bring your laptop and work, or just read books at the store. My family loves this place. The staff are very pleasant. I look forward to returning once again to enjoy a good cup of cappuccino and snack away.

I was surprised by the sheer size of the space occupied by this bookstore. The layout of this supposedly a bookstore is definitely a treat for me, a first-timer there.
While all major bookstore chains in the US have all gone into extinction like dinosaurs did, thanks to the surge of online shopping in recent years, bookstores in Taiwan have evolved into this multifunctional retail hub. It sells books and magazines apparently, and it has a cafe, eateries and shelves devoted to electronic gadgets, housewares and gift items. I could pick up a few books to preview quietly or stroll around checking out those merchandises on display. But I think the book selection is limited.
There is a 'lounge' that charges by the hour-rate per person. A conference room for rent that can accommodate a dozen or so person is a pretty good idea. Audio and visual equipments are available for rent too. Who knows, they could stage a nail saloon there too.

An elegant, classic and warm bookstore/restaurant. This place perfectly blends my reading and dining habits into a one-stop activity by its nice offering on book selections, seating, and meal/drinks quality. I feel like I was relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere in Tokyo while I was cheering out in the bookstore in Taipei! It would be great if they take reservations during weekdays, so I can better manage my arriving time amid my busy daily schedule.

A nice place to chill. You can buy a coffee and rest there reading book. Most of the book are open to public for free reading.

The bookstore makes you feel comfortable because it has a wide space and the display has something different from the locals. Also you can feel a vibe of Japanese style. Coffee, light meal, and cakes extend your stay. If you're near the Songshan station, to find something new there perhaps will give you some extra surprise.

Elegant and quiet. The flavour of food is so-so, but the portion is big. If you are looking for a place to have a nice chat in a cozy environment, here is highly recommended.

Good place to read some books and work with Japanese-Italian pasta.

Very cosy, loved the atmosphere in this place. Have not tried the food in the restaurant, but the menu items looked good and reasonably priced. Could easily visit this place everyday.

Good selection of business books and nice it has a Louisa Coffee store.
