The store manager Harrison is amazing. I havent been the store for sometime since I have moved away from the area and he immediately said Hi Mr XXX. Amazing memory and super friendly. Would recommend this store as the range of selection is great and most importantly that the service is awesome.

Great liquor shop with a wide selection and kind, knowledgeable staff.
They offer a great selection of wine, whiskey and other liquors (gin, vodka, tequila and sake) in a nice and clean shop.
They staff is respectful and give space to look around but they are also ready to jump in and make some great recommendations if you need them.
There is a members-only pricing, so i strongly recommend you register for the free membership.
The wine includes a good mix of both old and new world.
The whiskey and bourbon selection is incredible.

Without a doubt one of the finest wine/spirits/beer emporiums in the city. Professional and knowledgeable staff make buying a pleasure. There are other branches which are sure to be as excellent. Also the pricing is ultra competitive, far cheaper brand for brand than other stores.

My go to store when in Taiwan. They have an excellent collection of whisky and wine. Their price is also very competitive. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommended and will be going back in the future. Cheers!

平常大都在其他通路選購，今日來逛買酒網，赫然發現展示區酒種類和年份非常齊全，自己慢慢逛，很愜意！有專業問題疑慮時，服務人員也都熱心解答！很推薦想要慢慢思索自己想要添購何種品項的同好來此尋找物件！

買了6支紅酒，店家承諾晚上9點前會送到，也致電向店員確認，但超過時間仍未收到，店也關門，無法聯繫，急著外出要用酒，實在很困擾

補充說明
在晚上10:10收到紅酒，非常體恤司機大哥超時加班的辛勞，不過覺得貴公司流程有非常需要改進的空間
當日4點前下單，能夠在晚上九點前收到，確實是有利於消費者的政策
而若是物流loading太大，無法在9點前送達，則不應以此為賣點吸引顧客，此將影響公司商譽
或是在物流抵達前，應讓客服管道或物流溝通管道保持通暢，減少顧客焦急求助無門的狀況

以上，沒有針對司機或店家，還是喜歡買酒網的服務，僅希望貴公司總公司能對流程有所改善

隔天店員主動聯繫，向我了解狀況、致歉，並承諾會在內部會議中檢討、改進，店長也提出補償我虧損的方案，很有誠意的積極處理、改進，最終，我也獲得滿意的體驗

雖然在流程上有缺失，不過積極處理、改進的態度值得讚揚，相信這樣的企業只會不斷進步、茁壯

因為後續處理改進的態度，我願意將評分從1星改為5星
未來，我也願意繼續在買酒網消費～

這裡小姐的服務態度比忪江路那家更好，也更專業。
介紹酒不會只講標籤上的東西，會介紹酒廠的故事，製酒方法。
還會問你之前喝過什麼酒，對那些酒的評價，來判斷你喜歡什麼風味的酒，然後推薦給你，很不錯！

商品齊全，購物環境很好，部分店員熱情；雖然不是專門會去購買的店，但如有選購酒類需求時，又剛好經過，肯定會光顧
