因為孩子需要一樣美勞用具（圓嘴鉗）臨時跑了兩間五金店都沒有，索性上網一間一間打電話詢問，就這樣詢問到成昱五金。
老闆他聽完敘述之後，立刻上網查詢何謂圓嘴鉗，然後再去商品架上找尋並再回電，為了以防萬一，老闆還主動加line傳商品照與之核對。實在揪甘心
