Tainan Flowers Night Market

This is now my favourite night market in Taiwan! Not only was there a huge variety of options, but the aisles between stalls were spacious enough to walk despite the crowds, which made my entire experience there very enjoyable. It also helped that the weather was very cooling and breezy in December.

Seems like a lot of stall owners rotate between the different night markets (e.g. open on Thu, Sat, Sun here and open on other days at other night markets). Definitely a must-visit spot!

First time visiting Tainan's most famous night market, and it was really bustling with crowds, so many people. I tried a lot of famous street foods, and they were truly delicious. The only downside was the large crowd. This visit made me feel that the people of Tainan are really wonderful and welcoming. Each food stall not only serves delicious food but also has friendly and warm-hearted owners who are good at customer service and even offered samples and extra portions! It made me feel really cozy. I definitely have to come again next time! Thank you, Tainan.

One of the largest night market in taiwan. First time here and lots of variety of food. Came at 1800hrs and not so packed yet. However, certain day r closed hence check before going.

One of the best night markets to attend in the Tainan City area.
So many food stalls, many stalls to buy clothes and little knick knacks as well.
Have kids? They also have many games for them to play.

Overall it is one of my go to night markets, not only because of the size and amount of stalls but I also live very close to here.

Fully recommend this place to all foreign travelers visiting Tainan City.

Tainan Gardens Market is a must go when you are in Tainan. Especially if you are a foodie. Plenty of food choices around, and once you are done eating, have a go at some of the carnival games available or enjoy listening to some of the live musical performances if someone is performing

Huge night market! So many food choices! Very delicious food! Fruit jelly were juicy and the quail eggs were crispy and delectable! It is very crowded though! Not many places to sit sadly. I recommend going here!

Very crowded night market. But worth visiting when you are in Tainan.

Bigger than the typical night markets in Taipei but it's still all the same food in my opinion, worth coming just to get the vibe.

Look for the 白糖粿. They have a traditional tainanese fried sweet snack. I call it the tainanese churro haha. A must try

A wonderful night market. It is not to be missed in Tainan. Great selection of food games clothes souvenirs. Overall a great experience. It is filled with people but ample places to sit if you would like to stop and rest and eat some food

Great people watching spot that also happens to have a variety of food, shopping, games. There are public restrooms but steal some tissues from a table or vendor beforehand if you want TP. Pro tip: go to the PX mart and block away and get some “road sodas” on your way to up the entertainment while there.

A large size Night Market that there are a lot of choices for foods and games. Sitting areas are only dedicated for certain stores, so you may eat while standing.

Definitely a must-visit! It was so lively when I went there last Sunday. The policemen guarding the parking lot were very kind as they guided me in parking my bicycle. There were many people but it was not annoying as the line was moving at an adequate pace, just enough so people could take a good look at the products. Of course when ordering from a popular stall, people had to wait a bit because there were a lot of customers but the waiting time was reasonable. So many stalls to choose from! I was so satisfied with the foods and milk tea that I bought! I definitely would like to go back again to taste the other deliciously-looking products. 🥰

Make sure to be ready for the sea of people! Wide variety of food and things. Food was great!

Should you bring a child, make sure to be prepared for a good experience.

A good night market choice when you are in Tainan. Overall the choices of food and beverages are similar - if not the same with Dadong Night Market. The night market is crowded during my visit, but nothing extraordinary. With the abundance options you have, you will definitely find something you like.

Lovely place and a must visit. It's only open certain nights of the week. We went on Sunday and it was packed. There are plenty of games and great foods and snacks. Definitely a fun place to browse. Make sure you bring cash.

Good place for hangout, many kinds of street foods with attainable price and enough portion.
The sellers are so kind.
Lots of playable game stand like shooting, darts, mahjong, fishing, and mini pinballs.
Good place to palce kids with.
And... Very crowded but clean environment.

2nd time in Tainan and this place never fails to amaze us. Plenty of food to try and also love that you can do your shopping here. There are also many game stores which is fun for the kids.
