春捲包好後會菓大量豬油煎炸約5分鐘
一份潤餅用二張皮，煎後外皮極脆，內層則變得密實，平均厚度約0.5公分，變得像水煎包的皮
菜類偏鹹；豬絞肉一整坨、分布不均，多瘦肉帶少量肥肉；豆菜麵軟而無口感
整體就是油煎炸到皮香脆，咬下去很是療癒，但就是太多油且偏鹹，我不愛
