很特別的一家店，真的有賣五金哦，當然還有咖啡！

這個整合型的服務有意思，前段算是咖啡店，後段和旁邊是五金與工具機的銷售，也兼維修的接單。願意分享的是客服人員：長年的工作，對客戶的記憶分辨很精準，甚至在電話中也能迅速識別，這是科技時代服務業勝出的一個要素：high touch!也看得出來：這樣的服務平台（本身不處理維修或技術問題），不在於店面大小，而是服務態度，積極性和收費合理性。
