The staff is super friendly and helpful, awesome modern vibes in the store and we particularly loved the kids bikes trial option right inside the store. My little one couldn‘t get enough and we even got to try on a bike helmet for safe journeys. Thank you Nel and team, we‘ll be back for more🚲

Very friendly and super easy to rent a high quality bicycle. Only two blocks away from the trail and you are on your way to explore Taiwan! Make sure you bring a form of ID because they will hold on to it while you rent the bikes.

This is the finest bike shop in Taiwan with neat café equipped with a shower. This is not only for bike lovers place but also if you like to have a relaxing talk with your friends, this is definitely the place to be.

Super awesome shop! I love their selection of city and cargo bikes and accessories! I’m visiting Taiwan as part of my world bike tour and they’ve been helpful in both having stuff I’m looking for and ordering things in for me and in general being very helpful! Nelson speaks very good English and has a lot of knowledge about biking in Taiwan!

These guys are knows their stuff, helpful and tentative. I got my front Basil Portland rack and after quite sometime searching around, the guys here managed to get Hebie to post a rear side stand from Germany just for me to 'try first' as my bike frame doesn't accomodate the usual stands. Now that's first class...

If you are looking for a place in Taipei where is able to find the great bike and enjoy coffee, I strongly recommend VELO CITY.
The employees are always friendly and let me try out the bikes while I hanging out in the shop. I haven't purchased anything yet, but when I've asked questions, they've been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy access from and to the riverside. Staff is really nice. You can even enjoy a coffee while talking about your bike with them.

Quality goods with warm service

My wife got hit by a motorcycle this morning. After the incident, some parts of her bicycle needs to be fixed. To take a chance to get some help, I just lined this shop to seek help. 30 mins later, the manger called me and asked how we were doing while providing to come to pick our bike up to repair. I refused to save trouble and he warmly introduced a shop near my place to fix it. In the view of a costumer, I truly feel their sincere heart and the connection is true and warm. We stopped in at the end of our bicycle trip around Taiwan. They were able to quickly get our bicycles packed up and ready for our flight a few days later. Right off the riverside cycle path and not far from Songshan station/cycle route 1. Highly recommended, we will be back on our next trip!
