Do Ho Ice Room

It is a must-visit snow ice shop in Taichung! It is so delicious, the combination of strawberry flavored snow ice, condensed milk, fresh strawberry syrup and of course the sweet fresh strawberry make it the best snow ice shop in Taichung!

I'm a big lover of these types of desserts as they are as healthy as they are delicious. Their soup is fragrant, not too sweet, and scrumptious, and you can add pearls or dumplings and other ingredients. I opted for the soup dumplings which are made from sticky rice flour and are wonderfully QQ (chewy). The service is also very warm and friendly, and the decor is antique and charming.

We really love this place and enjoyed everything we ordered.

A favorite place of our friends for dessert. We shared a huge strawberry shaved ice concoction for the four of us and we were all happy.

Always a great treat. So many delicious flavors! The owner has done an excellent job here.

High level ribbon style shaved ice! Highly recommended is their signature ice, boba milk tea ice. Mango is also fantastic when it is in season. The shop is a great place to cool down and dodge the heat. Free Wi-Fi, modern clean and relaxed.

The best shaved ice in Taichung. The ice is very fluffy and the portions are huge. Excellent ingredients and perfect for a post meal dessert.

This is a great dessert shop with excellent crush-ice sweets. Beautifully made and taste great. Don’t miss it.

剛好冰果室主打新鮮水果製成的雪花冰和各種季節水果製作的浮誇冰品，此外也有鍋燒意麵、炒泡麵、烤土司…等熱食選擇，生意好到有兩個店面
而讓我連續兩年都來朝聖的～
就是他們草莓季限定的浮誇草莓冰🥰
第一次吃完白草莓冰就對他們家大顆的草莓品質很滿意，今年又來吃芋泥冰🤤

白草莓吃來比紅草莓酸度低一些，帶有微微的甜香，其他草莓系列冰品也可以升級白草莓
獨享碗可以選擇兩種口味的雪花基底，
我們選了泰式奶茶和草莓，都很真材實料！
上桌後還會淋上草莓醬和煉乳，而且他們家的冰品煉乳不夠都是可以續的喔！
今年吃的是草莓芋泥冰，芋泥綿密而保留一些顆粒感，珍珠也是Q彈好吃
加上酸甜的草莓和帶奶香的牛奶雪花超滿足～
珍奶雪花冰可以自選搭配布丁或奶酪，奶茶雪花的茶香偏重，甜度不會太高，也很喜歡！
整體來說雖然有些人覺得他們家的冰價格稍高一點，但因為他們的雪花壓得很扎實，所以其實冰品都是比較適合分食的份量😆
草莓也是都很大顆好吃另外店內也有草莓單獨販售，可見對於水果貨源是很有信心的！

復古童玩的擺設，
原先是冰果室，後來鹹食也賣的很好！
有炒泡麵、咖喱飯，
海鮮湯麵也很好吃！蝦子很新鮮！
還有紅豆湯圓，
不定時還有農作物新鮮水果🍓可買，
有鹹、有點心、有冰品，還有水果，
真是不錯！

吃了幾次雪花冰，用料實在，水果雪花冰是用百分百水果下次製作，果香自然甜，。草莓季，推推。這次選芒果與火龍果雙口味雪花冰當底，好吃。價格$250，兩人吃剛剛好~
