interesting place to explore & enjoy food in Taichung. Having more trash bin in the market should be nicer.

An experience for sure! We had '21' smelly tofu, angel chicken chop, squid, watermelon juice. Make sure to walk through the nooks and corners and take your time to discover the delicacies :)

I like this better than Fengjia Night Market as it is more local. Not as big as Fengjia but lots of variety. Easy to navigate. Mostly teenagers. Do check it out.

There are tons of stalls and shop here, most of the food here are quite good, personally like the angel fried chicken and also the grill mee here.

Other than food there are many others stop as well for clothing, souvenirs, accessories etc.

There are also a few good restaurant nearby if you want to get main food before went in and explore the night market as well.

Not as busy as other famous night market in Taiwan, but you can find a lot of different variety of local food here
The night market street was pretty long, so it might take more than 1 hour to walk around

Great night market, mostly frequented by locals on scooters who take away food for family. Seems that papaya milkshake queue is the longest. Great to visit for local snacks and look-see.

One of the popular night market in the great city of Taichung. Like always, you can find street vendors selling assortment of popular local food and souvenirs. It becomes more crowded as the night gets darker. Most vendors don't allow haggling but if you persist you might get lucky. My favorite food is the deep dried yam ball and papaya milk.

It's fun to hang out, alot of arcade games and also you can do shopping. All kinds of brand stores are accessible.

Most people only know of Feng Chia night market in Taichung, but this is definitely a must go for tourists as well. The food is of higher quality and more unique, and the area is more compact hence its easier to navigate and decide on what to eat

Love one of the night market in Thaicung, Taiwan. There are lots kind of foods and drinks. Mostly it taste good. All food counter open at 5pm and more night more crowded of visitor. ever came here before. But new foods or drinks never make feel boring. Hope next time can visit again Yizhong street Night market. It recomanded to visit this place when you visit Thaicung city.

I went there twice as my family like this market. It was spacious and not too crowded on Thu. The food variety there was decent and do try the Angel Fried Chicken as it was juicy and well marinated. The Mee Sua at another corner is also worth trying as it has a slight herbal taste. Other things we tried was the crepes ( my kids say very good) , smelly tofu ( should try), spring onion pancake (must try!! ) and chewy donut. There is also the peanut ice-cream popiah further down the lane.

Friday night at Yizhong Street Business District. I remember how crowded it was before pandemic. Now it is much quieter and less people. This place is very popular among young people and tourists. It is full of restaurants, food stands, and shops. I was amazed by beautiful lighting surrounding the area. I bought some outfits for my fur baby there. 😊
