My experience with Klook Taiwan for the Jiufen, Shifen, and Yehliu Geopark tour was nothing short of exceptional. The trip was meticulously organized and timed, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey throughout. Always check klook before I go abroad for good offerings. My recent trip using klook was to Hanoi where I booked the tam coc day trip. The trip was very nice - tour guide came in on time and we were in a group with two Japanese couple and a backpacker form holland. The tour was quite insightful with tour guide telling us the history of the place.

Booking process was also quite easy - received my ticket instantly after booking.

The staffs was very helpful as there was a mix up in the room. They enough bother to give me a oversea call and follow up with a lot of email to sort out the issue. The hotel is clean easy to check in and staffs was very helpful! Thank you Ice and Kenny for helping us to get the room number sort out!

I am a new user; it's easy to setup a Klook account, plan a day tour with two nights hotel. Our friendly tour guide contacted us via text messages; he also possesses rich knowledge about local history. Just wish it will be a phone service if needed.

Booking is very easy and convenient. You don't have to be confuse when meeting with the guide/driver since they email the driver's name, phone number and plate number.
They brought us to picturesque restaurant for lunch where the food is excellent.
All in all, we had a great experience from booking till tge end of the trip.

Great deal on THSR tickets for visitors to Taiwan. Just ordered, showed my voucher and passport at the train station, and got a special train ticket with discounts for visitors. Was able to reserve a seat right after I got the ticket too. Super convenient

It is wonderful experience to me in Las Vegas.
If I would like to travel in the other country. i will keep use the KLOOK.

Used Klook to prebook SIM cards for collection on arrival at Taipei Airport. The whole process is really cool. You can research exactly what you need before your travels, pay for it in advance (at a very reasonable price), and the pick-up at Taipei Airport was quick and easy. One day into our trip the 4G data connection seems very good and fast, and being able to hotspot your other devices can be helpful when (as in our case) the hotel connection is really poor. Will definitely use again.

We booked and participated the tour: Koh Larn (Coral Island) Full Day Speedboat Tour from Pattaya with lunch last weekend. It can be a bit chaotic during the weekend or holiday season where big groups of tourist also book the tour. The facilities could use some upgrade as well. Nonetheless, the arrangements were very professional. The guides were really good and helpful. As water activities in open ocean come with inherent risks, it was really assuring that everything was 100% under control and they know clearly what they are doing. We were very well informed and instructed. Our package include the sea walker activity. I panic a bit when we first got down because the gear was really heavy, but the trainers (number 23 and 23 if I remembered correctly) were really patient and help clam me down. I truly appreciated their professionalism.

Easy to pickup the device in the morning after our arrival at the airport. The lady behind the counter was helpful. Overall reception has been good so far from Taipei to Jianshan.

Convenient and cheap for ticket pre-ordered from Kansai airport to Nankai Namba station. I purchased the ticket on the app and change it with certificate by email on the front in Nankai Kansai airport within just 5 minutes! The Rapid express is comfortable with fours seats a row and not crowded. However, a little distance is needed from Nankai Namba station to transfer to another line in Osaka.

Klook made our trip a wonderful and stress free experience. All went well from the booking to confirmation to instructions via email to the tour itself. Highly recommendable!

First of all I want to say this one-day-trip is wonderful.

I originally placed this order for 3/15, however I find out that it has highly chance to rain all day on 3/15, so I emergency contact the KLOOK customer service agent Miss Dora Lee to postbone my order to 3/16, but this one-day-trip was host by an Korea local travel agent Starway Travel, that makes it requires more time to contact with local. Luckily, Miss Dora patiently understand my needs and try her best to deal with my order, in the end she successfully modify my order and I have a really good time during this trip.

The view is really good and worth any penny you paid for it, the tour guide Miss Stella is alos very kind and patient serving us, I would definitely recommand any guest to join this trip when traveling to Korea.

Had a great Shifen waterfall tour today. It was made even more interesting by our very knowledgeable guide, Sandy. She did an excellent job making sure everyone had a wonderful time during this day trip. Five stars to you Sandy😊

Wi-Fi signal is stable n internet service is very fast. Pick up from airport service is fast too. Price is compared cheaper than other service provider according to my research. Very good !

Super easy to book your needs for future traveling. You can find good deals and have them prepaid prior to the trip. Very convenient.

It's easy to buy attractions entrance ticket. However , the ticket price from Klook is almost same as the price of ticket sells at the attraction. You can't enter the attractions base on the klook ticket. You still need to redeem the real ticket at kiosk so you can't skip the long queue.

I used klook service to book ticket for high speed train and a sim card. Everything was simple and straightforward. Pick up at the airport and train station were pièce of cake. I hope klook extends their offer soon.

I'm on a Klook One Day Tour that originates from Taipei MRT Station.

For 1650 NTD, the places on the tour schedule are: Yehliu Geopark, Scenic Spot, Golden Waterfall, Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Waterfall and Shifen Old Street.

The weather was around 19 Celsius but drizzling the whole trip.

Our trip began at 08:30 and ended about 18:00.

Both our tour guide Tommy and our driver were excellent!
