This is my favorite supermarket, particularly this location. It is quite large with many foreign ingredients for foreign cusines. Yes, prices tend to be higher, particularly with imported products. But, often I have been able to find what I need and of good quality. It is also kind of fun just to browse around to see what's available that you don't see in the traditional local markets!

Excellent selection of imported foods. Good selection of all the normal grocery items as well. Crowded on weekends, and very convenient to the MRT. In the basement of the Sogo department store, so lots of shopping opportunities.

One of the only places I’ve found reasonably priced canned beans (garbanzos) in all of Taipei. They also stock additive-free peanut butter from an organic farm stateside, and a selection of Tate’s. Local options that you an purchase elsewhere will tend to be (relatively) overpriced.

One thing to note - if you pay by credit card, be sure to selection the “NTD” option (to pay in NTD instead of your local currency). If you select to pay with your local currency, and not NTD, you lose 10%+ because of a shoddy exchange rate offered by the establishment.

They really have everything, spices I can’t pronounce, kitchenware, gadgets; and allllll the fruits and veggies you can ask for.

品項相當多元、且齊全，從蔬菜水果、肉品、主食、飲品、冰品一路到生活用品通通有，非常好逛～XD

超高級的超巿，高檔的水果蔬菜，品質好的牛肉及猪肉等，比較接近日式風格，東西琳瑯滿目目不暇接，口袋不够深的人是買不下手的。

空間很大，貨架上陳列的商品很多，聽朋友推薦買到這款檸檬薑茶，不會太辣也有檸檬的香氣，他們家茶很特別，是手工切曬，會有天然的味道❤
